Fanisatt, I understand the language barrier,man. I completely get it. That can make communication a little difficult. Luckily, we do have Google translator. While it may not be a perfect translation, it definitely helps artists, (people in general) from all over the world to connect and share where we couldn't before!

When I first started out here, a few regulars and I started referring to my style as "Electrosludgedoomstep". I had this idea that using all synths, but in a metal style would be something cool. It was. To a degree. There was even one that Neomorpheus laid down a killer guitar track to. But, after awhile, I got tired of doing it that way and just started doing trad metal. I have a shitload of old tracks that are just sitting there waiting for their turn on the operating table. So, yeah...if that's a project I continue with, the world may not see me for quite some time either.
As far as starting that collab, why don't you kick it off by putting together a few drums and 808 patterns and send 'em over. I'll put a few riffs to them, and we can go from there. I have a few ideas that might work. But, we can work details in DMs.

N, hey man. Thanks for stopping by.
Although I have been doing this for a long time, I have to be completely honest with you, as far as producing/mixing goes, Guitars have really only been prominent in the last few years. Before then, I primarily worked in synth based music. But, I've been listening mostly to classic rock, blues, grunge, and heavy metal since the late 1970s. So I grew up completely immersed in, and with guitars being the main driving force behind my musical tastes.
As far as learning more from me, I'm glad to help out where I can. I am by no means a professional. Just someone who's picked up a lot of useful things along the way, and I'm still learning all the time!

Hi Kay. Thanks for listening and commenting. I appreciate that. As far as there being a rock heaven, I hope there is such a place. That's where I plan on going! I guess I can hear a little bits of Nirvana in a few places, but to be honest, even though I absolutely love Grunge, and lived the grunge lifestyle in the 90s, I never really got into Nirvana. I was more into Alice In Chains and Soundgarden. (among others). Either way, with Nirvana being such a big name, I take it as a compliment. Thank you!

That sucks, man. The stolen laptop and the missing song. I feel for you. It's bad enough when your own stupidity deletes a song, but to have it stolen. That stings just a little bit more.
As far as collaborating, now would probably be the best time. I don't have any projects that I'm diligently working on at the moment. I mean, I have an entire folder of WIP but, meh...I'll get 'em later. I'll get a hold of you over on Discord about that.

Mudhoen, Hey, sorry for the late reply. The work week tends to use up all of my time for anything other than eating and sleeping.
I think as far as genres go, I would ultimately describe it as heavy progressive rock. But, metal works for this site.
Mixing metal is definitely a tricky one. Getting all of the frequencies to sit where they need to and mind their manors takes some practice. I have a decent grasp on the concept and theory, but the application still leaves room for improvement.
