This is surely your best work in quite a while but it's very clearly two separate pieces of music so you must split and then give each separate track the focus and attention and love they deserve.
Nice intro with lots of delay. Squelchy stuff that follows is OK but then interferes with her excellent voice. It's too busy and loud.
0:43 you see - now she's got more space without the squelchy drums.
1:05 pretty dirty and mental banging stuff.
1:50 now this is where you must split the track as you move into some fuckin' awesome electro industrial metal. I wish I could make stuff with fat, dirty balls this big.
2:22 panned vocal roar is awesome.
2:30 we hear that weird synth riff better and it's great.
But this metal track is, so far, only about 1 min long. It must be extended to at least double that. Probably triple.
Excellent work so please get back to turning this into two fine tracks.
I've listened to it back after reading your words and I agree, I think I'll either cut out the squelchy drums or reimagine them and place them more sparsely.
Thanks for stopping by, your advice will be in mind when I pick this back up.
Again sorry for the late response, many factors condemn my time and I must use it wisely, I hope this hasn't come across as ill-manners.
This is cool man. Love how you start with her soft, buttery voice over clean, engaging backing.... THEN TEAR THAT S#!7 Up!!
Part of me loves how destructive the second half is, but the other part wants to hear what could be made of the more linear first half...
I'm with you either way.
This is some pretty dark and sparse stuff. I'd have to say too sparse for my liking as I'd prefer some more obvious melody or lead parts. I'd love to hear you get grooving on some badass guitar riffs on this. I can hear them in my head.
0:48 it kicks into a pretty cool groove. Lots of ambient weirdness that is fairly disconcerting and dark. This sounds like mood music or a dark sci fi soundtrack. It would work fine in that context but I'd prefer something I can really focus on, like a more definite bassline. Or even some vocals. Rap, d'n'b mcing - that sort of stuff.
It's all well mixed and has a pretty clean sound and I feel I can hear everything but doesn't really seem to go anywhere in particular, which is why it sounds like an experiment or a demo track waiting for more to be added.
Hey dude. Excusemy late reply.. Life has me over a barrell right now.
I agree and that's why I've added some guitars!
It still needs a lot of work, I'll upload it when it's complete.
I've got a good feeling about this track so I'm throwing everything I have at it.
Oh I forgot to mention, in my last comment on your track where the lazy stoner thing is concerned what I meant was that's how I visualised the feeling/playing of the song, not in reflect to your use of effects.
Very intersting style of DnB here, with a lot of industrial vibe contained within. I would agree with Tumbleweed about the low end presence, but it is not a big deal at all... since what is represented is very cool! His EQ recommendations would probably help on their own, since less mid-high area will push the limiter and the balance of lows will be better. Either way, it's a cool beginning, and it would be nice to hear this one "fleshed out." Fun to hear!
This is pretty sonically engaging! I like it! When you ask about it being "gig ready," I assume this is some sort of live in studio performance. Is that the case? If so, I am impressed! It was fun hearing the fairly raw synth sounds and stuff. Definitely feels industrial to me! Great work!
And there it is man, this is a crazy good track now, love it, and fav'd.
Youre gonna make me.work harder if you keep puttin out tracks like this lol.
Looking forward to next...
The resistance thanks you

It is most likely the most minimalist work of D&B I have ever heard. You use the whole spectrum of human hearing which is a good idea, but keep it so simple and minimal. And drive it completely by the percussion. Most intriguing in it´s sparseness. It will be under-appreciated for a bit, but I think you are on to something. Keep at it.
Cru
Thanks man, I love percussion and want to do a lot more with just that.
I'm happy you noticed the mixing side of things, I'm trying to hone my mixing skills, it's difficult with the kind of music I make as you can probably imagine, so I started with the basic stuff.
I appreciate you stopping by, good luck with the Halloween competition :)
Well, it is different thats for sure. . Darkness i like we all know that, lol, i was waiting for a crazy drop but i think the song is pretty much solid. Its good to hear someone trying something different.
I will definitely be checking this once or twice more...
Good work man

yes, no doubt, you are insane ;) You'd probably love Controlled Bleeding and Skin Chamber https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLAtM2tKofY CB is very experimental industrial similar to the insanity you create :p Skin Chamber is a side project of 2 of the guys. I know all about being busy!!! Damn need to work. Ok you got me at dark, off to listen right after I swallow some scrap metal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kplng91_Bjo
Dang this is intense, man! That drum pattern at 1:10 is crazy good and then the change up at 1:28 was brilliant! And the ending, well, that was just nuts! Great work, keep it up!
Magic stuff made me sit up and smile you have a firm grip of the DnB neck my left side had an eargasm then the right ear jealous as ever also you guessed it eargasm too. I loved the unexpected guitar ending bravo maestro Best regards.
Duuuuude, awesome track. everything in this track..drums AND bass, both on point. i love that DnB is finally starting to get some proper tracks on this site...there is a few of us, raising awareness for the resistance and it makes me proud.
excellent job again bro, keep it up. i'll do my best to keep up with ya lol
