Loving the relentless energy here. There's a ton of great ideas and the makings of a killer track. I haven't listened to Megadeth in a while. I should definitely remedy that. And I look forward to hearing where you go with this.
I have a Mustang and the title fits, though it would fit even better if it were called "Mustang on the Grapevine in High Winds" or "Mustang on the I5 Passing Semis at 90" but that's just me. Sounds like this is an early draft and you have some clear plans for next steps. I offer hearty encouragement (and no specifics, except that last little drum beat is brilliant), as I love the wild energy of this piece. Can't wait to hear where you take it.
Sounds killer man ! I dig the tone from those Dimebuckers and of course worship Dime and Pantera which this so reminds me of. I know its amazing what you can do now days with these small amps. Yeah this would def be worth working a little more on in terms of adding some bass or maybe just some sub bass to beef the bottom a little more in spots, and punching up the drum track. Guitar wise (structurally) it sounds pretty suitable as is. The double tracking and fills are all tight and I like the stereo and glitch effects. Your good at that stuff man and I really dig it. Did you mean phasing or phrasing in the last sentence?
Thanks man, I'm a big Pantera guy, Dime taught me to play (figuratively).
I've found a way to get a bigger tone, by putting it through my rack rather than the amp. (Mixer>Eq>comp>interface and Mixer>comp>eq>interface)
Sounds huge, I'll have something using this method soon.
I meant phasing, I had four guitar & two "bass" tracks. They were fighting, I seemed to have fixed it through luck rather than skill.
Amazing track bro. It runs the gamut across several derivative forms and styles. The intro has a great industrial flavor that quickly melds with some distinctive bleeps and bloops reminiscent of primitive 8 bit chip tune music that defined multiple generations of video games. I like the insane laughs as you kick it into dnB beat mode. How or what are you using to create the high pitched distorted sound? It almost sounds like high speed vinyl record scratching. The drop there at 1:46 (f'n cool as hell) shifts it into a quasi dubstep/dnB fusion vibe, that incorporates a few tempo changes and some real cool glitch and off tempo stuff there at the end. This is pretty dope shit my friend, I hope its not the last we hear you do as mentioned in the description.
That one is a funny sound! I used a DDJ-SB midi controller with a sample, I forget what it was originally but I had messed with it, stretching, warping, fx, eq, comp ect... Something like that, I'll open the file at some point and find out.
I'm changing things, same attitude, different methods, more guitars and drums. I want to be able to play my music on stage as opposed to Dj'ing, I friggin' hate Dj'ing.
I've just uploaded my first toe touch if you'd be interested, it's called black tape, I'm just getting the methods down so don't expect too much yet.

Nice, nice Intro. Really gets the tension going. The drop really turns the track in a fastpaced dnb track. Really energizes the crowd when played in a club.
I laughed at the slightly autistic part. Just like Humps over there, I tried listening to this at 9 in the morning. I still think it's fucking awesome though. The chirps in the background are what got to me when I had to shut her off to keep my head from exploding. But my dude, this has its own level of really amazing style. Right around that 3:00 mark where it gets like.. "Pendulum-ish" is where I went from morning ritual to straight up headbanging.
Man, I just listened to a chilled out rnb song that was a great start to my morning. I just took my first sips of coffee and hit the play button to this song. Dang dude, my heart rate went up, I feel like mowing the grass and doing a cartwheel all of a sudden, lol!
I don''t know crap about dnb other than drum and bass are featured but as I listen to this a 2nd and 3rd time I am starting to let it all absorb into my senses I realize I was completely right about my knowledge of dnb. I am sure this will appeal to those who like dnb and those who like something completely different, I fall into that category.
Sure was a trip, great creativity and making music that appeals to you because pleasing yourself when it comes to making music is most important.
I hope you can't catch mental illness through a set of headphones!
Very very creative stuff here.
The mix is excellent and full of unexpected twists and turns.

I may have just pooped my pants. Lets just say that was intense. The Whispering voices juxtaposed with the tourette´s like whup´s made me think this is what Schizophrenia might just feel like. You sir are taking D & B somewhere else this evening. and keep on expanding it.
Cru
Hey Metabolic...this is some bangin stuff man...I`m not a big DnB fan but this nails the whole vibe of the genre...you must have laid some brick wall limiting on this one (had to turn my speakers down) but that seems to go with the genre too...well done mate..Peace to Manchester...the civilized world is with you.....Ed
Hey Ed. Thanks, to be honest with you, neither am I, I don't listen to much D&B.
I'm testing out a few new methods with mixing, I'm using two different sets of speakers as opposed to headphones. I've not yet give it a good mix, just enough to get the ideas down and it sound alright.
I appreciate that man :)

The switchups are insane!!
You just gave me an idea... Make a tune based off of the actions/combos of a Tekken match or something.
Many thanks for listening!!
