Very aggressive psychotic track, pretty good. The vocal effects are pretty fun and a good way to progress to the new part. Nice use of reverb throughout the track gives you a feeling of bit of spacy track which is nice. Thanks for sharing
Thanks, It probably needs a bit of mixing down as i did it all wearing headphones (which usually leads to dissapointment when i play it back on a sound system.)
Thanks for stopping by and checking out this tune.

Excellent piece my friend! Sure puts DJ Icey to shame haha! I like your trippy sounds! How did you give those synths an arabic feel, was it an unusual scale or something, because you nailed it! Good to see you around!
Thanks man. Yeah i just used an arabian scale then filtered it through one of the FL buzz effects. Cant remember which one now unfortunately (not being very helpfull really am i?)
Good to hear from you spiv.

This is indeed good within about two seconds, maybe one. Nice dark vibe but not too evil or hectic or depressing. It's certainly got some balls.
The top level Arabic stuff is pretty cool and the other parts sit well underneath though maybe the drums get a bit lost. Perhaps just need to rebalance the levels to bring them out when you're piling more stuff on top.
Maybe the drums could change a bit more after a couple of minutes, though as a trippy dancefloor track, them being steady for 2-3 mins isn't a problem.
One suggestion is that, while the drums are cool when they return after the breakdown at 4:35, they don't come back in perhaps as hard as they should. I think the reason might be because you've kept the synths at the same level as before during that drumless section. Try turning them down a bit during it(gentle fade down) and then boosting the volume when those drums come back in as it'll be more of a blast.
Yes, I think Liam Howlett would be pretty happy with this one though maybe he'd hate it or be jealous of it. Who knows?
Yeah i do tend to be a bit monotonous with my beat patterns and getting them to come back in with punch is quite often an issue with my tracks.
Again, i'd love to try and clean it up but it's another old track which i no longer have the file for (I gotta stop busting my lap tops, this is my third one in less than four years)
Cheers for dropping in for some constructive critisism. It makes a change from "nice track"

This is the second track I checked out of yours and I am glad because the two tracks really matched up great. Love the intensity of this, reminds me of The Crystal Method a bit. Dig it!
Hi Wayne sorry for the late reply, I've been a bit lame about checking my account just lately.
Anyway, good to see your still about and thanks for homing in on this track.
I'll be over to check out what you've been up to in a mo.
FR
Loved this from the start! Like the sound of the drums. The word awesome seems to be used a lot in the comments so far. I would have to say I totally agree with them. Lots of energy, cool electronic sounds mixed with a live drum and some guitar in there, it all works so good around the beat. Excellent Nick, good to see ya around a little more, hope you are doing well!
Pretty decent work though straihgt up party music isn't my main musical interest. It gets much better approaching 2 mins as that psychedelic arpeggiated synth comes in. Some good squelch here but my main complaint is the 'I'll give you pain' vocal line is just too low. It sounds a bit ridiculous to me. Just try pitching it up a bit ( a few tones?) and I think it'll sound better.
First of all Sorry for the late reply, no excuses i've just been a bit crap about checking my stats recently.
I appreciate that you took the time to listen and leave your thoughts (especially since this isn't really up your street)
Alas, the tune is dead and buried on my old lap top so if i wanted to alter anything i'd have to rewrite the track from scratch (Which i really can't be bothered to do as it aint exactly ever gonna be a number one)
Thanks for stopping by.

It's a nice idea but i don't know what a two beat dropout is so it's going to have to stay as it is i'm afraid.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your thoughts.

Killer track Free Radical! Great use of Nepaul's pella. I really like the progression of the track. It has a great feel to it. The production is on point too. Nice work.
I`m not going to be playing this in the car....can`t afford any more speeding tickets...I`m just going to turn it up a bit and run around the house as fast as an old guy can...bangin good stuff FR.....keep on....Ed
Oh, so your going to give me pain? I'll show you about giving some pain, buddy.
No really - this was a really good track! Impressed by the progression in it and how you used the vocals. Almost 7 minutes and it didn't get boring - great job!
Yeah i know what ya saying about Distorted guitar works well with techno, also any EDM!
I had a go at a more industrial type sound in my track No Sleep Tonight.!
I love trying out different genre's n styles, and every track i do will have sounds from different genre's, as i go for sounds i like and not sounds just for the genre im creating!.
Hey man, Spivkurl sent me a review for this track earlier, i went to reply and found a couple of comments that have been left hanging for a year. So first of all sorry for the late reply, I just hardly ever check my older tracks so somehow i missed this.
Cheers for dropping in and playing this, I still rate this as one of the better ones i've done so it's nice to still be getting comments on it. I'll be over to your profile right away to eat some humble pie lol.

Bloody hell, A review from one year ago that i missed somehow, Apologies for that, it's been a long time since i checked the stats on this track.
Cheers for your comments (although it was so long ago you probably don't remember leaving them lol)

Cheers man, I keep on thinking about making another one of these sort of tracks. Distorted guitar works well with techno sometimes.
Glad you could lend me your ears.

Thx a lot thx a lot thx a lot thx a lot ...So charged I'm bugging, ya see ? hahaha
Thanks C. There's just one bit that has some unwanted distortion that i couldn't seem to get rid of but other than that i think this tune is a banger.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your kind and inspiring thoughts.

I used to play in a thrash metal band years ago (well i say band, it was more like lets get pissed and jam at random)
I still love a good old fashioned bit of distorted guitar.
Cheers for the listen and the comment.

Great work, I love the haunting ambience in the background with the biting crunch of the g-tars. I agree metal and techno can work very well together. I like how you bring the mix down to just bass-line and filtered beats, sort of a take on the pixies and the drop in EDM. Has a little Rob Zombie feel. By the end I was banging my head!
The Pixies used to be one of my favourite bands years ago so i'm sure i must have picked up some influence from them along the way.
Glad you could spare a moment to share your thoughts on this track.
