Hi Mykael,

Sorry to hear about you being hacked it seems GREATNESS! always attracts such types of people. If I had a youtube account I would absolutely subscribe/support your channel in a heartbeat, Iv never felt any desire to create a channel of my own (Who knows maybe one day) but for now I only upload here on LM because I love to write/sing when I get time to, it's a good platform to post my work.

I'm all about supporting my fellow musicians but I'm also careful because people have found ways to steal my vocals without asking my permission so I'm not much for social media.

I did however watch the video and I have to say what a brilliant!! and reflective mood it carries not to mention how beautifully the video has been shot. It absolutely captures the whole vibe of the song perfectly. I'm seriously so impressed with it all and thank you enormously for leaving the link, OUTSTANDING! work indeed. Bravo! :)

Hello Beautiful! Thank for stopping by over there! I'm happy to know you enjoyed the video! Yeah, Social Media can be a blessing and a curse. Unfortunately, for Indie Artist (who don't have a machine of pro folks supporting them) it's a necessary evil. It is very key to growing a fanbase coupled with an artist website. I am lazy when it comes to the business side of music, and it IS a business. So I literally have to force myself to get everything done that needs to be.

The distributor I use (CDbaby) is full service, so they handle a lot of the matters that deal with securing mechanical licenses, collecting specific publishing royalties, sync licensing, etc. So those things are off my shoulders but there is still a lot more that has to be done. They host an annual 3 day Indie DIY Conference every year. A lot of Industry experts, as well as Indie Artists from all over the world attend. It's networking on steroids, with keynote addresses, and break-out sessions, and live shows. It's a worldwide community of artists with a common goal. It's inspiring. I have had a blast every time I attend one of them, in addition to the wealth of knowledge gained.

This year it's in Austin, Texas. Unfortunately, I can't attend due to a gig happening around the same tine. Anyways, I am yakking too much! If you want to know more about the Conference please shoot me a message. Thanks sooooo much again!

You make me blush!!! Thank you so much. I am laughing and filled with appreciation all at the same time. There is a companion video which we just uploaded to YouTube. A couple years back I got hacked over there, and lost just about all my comments and likes, so being extremely disheartened I turned my focus to my website and pretty much abandoned YouTube. So, if you would do me the honor of heading over there, and support me over there by Commenting, Liking, and Subscribing should you desire, it would mean the world, but no pressure! LOL. Also a lovely track! Obviously your voice is the star, although the music could maybe use a bit more detail, but who needs that with a voice like yours. Oh, and more drums here which is good :D

Lovely work this! Great vocal, lovely keys, great percussion. I could use a bit more bass and drums in the mix but that might well be my cheap earphones in the train, so take that with a grain of salt.

Sometimes, encouragement needs to be stoked. You're in a studio, not able to perform live "like you were able to pre-pandemic," your're working on an album project, you're not as motivated because you have been missing that audience to performer interaction. i really got a weakness for 90´s R´n´b and hard panning like Beatles. Your voice is amazing, it´s honest and i can feel your emotions. The Rhytm of your vocals changes and is always on point. this is some ear candy. I slow dance in my room with a broom.

Wow....you d`man Mykael. This is just out-of-sight good. Smooth as silk and top class vocal. Big fav for me. Superb work my friend.
(PS: the vocal seems to be hard panned right but nothing could detract from such a great track)

Thank you sooooo much, Angelus! I am very thrilled you enjoyed the track. "Jammy & Sweet" --- that gave me a chuckle for sure :). Yes, there is more coming. Due to a LOT of tragedy (family-wise) and dealing with the pandemic, the album we were working on had to be put on hold. We have now resumed working on it....my hope is that it will be released sometime in my birth month (April). thanks again for the amazing comments.

Thank you so much! "Groovy" happens to be my most favorite word in the English language. Sometimes I get a raised eyebrow when I use it (which is often), but most times I get HUGE smiles. There is something very cool about that word. I'm happy you enjoyed the track!

Hi Mykael, really great voice, very good solid sound and the instruments really complement it; only thing to me is the vocals sound a little processed in contrast to the instruments. It was likely intended so please excuse my observation. It does nothing to take away from the track at all. Good, good, good.

Hiya, Icon.... thanks for stopping by and listening to the track. The track is just a scratch. The vocals will be redone. If you noticed at the same point through the song I go a little flat. That's because I'm adding in extra notes. So, basically I'm contemplating whether to sing the song as written...note for note; or, if we should allow for those extra notes in the instrumentation. Anyways, the coals will be "cleaner" when it's finished.

Thank you so much, my friend in music! Glad you stopped by to take a listen. This is just a scratch track to determine whether I like it enough to release a single. As you might have noticed I go flat in certain spots because I am adding notes that I shouldn't...lol. I plan on redoing the vocals without those additional notes. I'm opposed to auto-tune which is a quick fix, and which I have never (and will never) use. lol. Thanks again!
