I have listened to most of your tracks really nice.
Your Guitar playing is great.
People do not understand that you have to play Fender Strats and Telecasters to get this tone.
Thanks midiman,
I'm so pleased you enjoy my guitar parts.
You're right that the guitar makes a big difference.
It's all about the right tone in the end...no matter what guitar you use.
I was a die hard Les Paul fan for quite a few years and the only reason I switched was a trip to Nashville we made in the 90's and all the country musicians were playing Teles but I soon found out how versatile the instrument really is and for proof...yes all my tracks were recorded with it...even the rock tunes.
Thank you for taking the time to listen,it means a lot!
Mate here I was thinking I had reviewed all your tracks and thinking man you need to get more tracks on site, then found this one I had missed, going on what I am hearing here, so pleased I come across it,excellent guitar mate as per mornal, Twanna has got a stunning vocal, and mate you have used it extremely well within this piece, totally digging the feel and groove about this one...Thank you both for sharing your talents here on the loop....Peace Mosaic...PS bye the mate have a new trancer up that is going very well, prob one of my fav and best piece's to date, interested in your thoughts on it my friend...
Not sure how I missed this one, brilliant guitar work in this one, funk and rock combo, nice vocals used in this one, not to high just right to keep the track fresh and interesting, very good clarity in this piece, hey is a given with your tunes, they always sound brilliant...again another impressive piece by you my friend...Peace Mos...
Rock solid performance as usual my friend! I wanted to go and bleach my jeans, put on a pair of neon cycling shorts and grab a boom box. This is reminiscent of those great 80's guitar tracks and solos. LOVE IT!!!!! You really tore into this track AL. Twanna is her usual brilliant best! Love it my friend! Bravo!
This is brilliant, I have come across a few people using Patrica's pella', she is extremely talented, when I hear her sing reminds of Beyounce but better, heard a piece by Richie using one of her pella's, it was brilliant so I know why you got him to add vocals to this, very impressive track, hey you would expect it with some of my all time fav loopers when they collab on a track, this is proof...fav button need here, Peace Mos formly ELSD...
Hey now....fantastic bit of rock going on here...what a great song..and the accompaniment is absolutely top notch all the way...pro stuff guys....got my rock fix for the day with icing on it and a little touch of R&B in those harmonies...top of the charts.....Ed
Thanks Ed!
You know Twanna added all my guitars from extra guitar parts I sent her a while ago...she amazes me and deserves so much credit,it's all her production.
I'm the lucky one!
There ya go, I jump on my favorate music web site to catch up on things and what do i see? AllenV and the genre Rock. How kool is that, For the last three days I have been listen to heavy 80s rock, like skid row,Guns and roses, VAN halen, you name it, Good to see ya hangin in this style BIg guy, I think Iam gonna get back with it pretty soon, But this is kick ass track, lots of DBS on the track, had to lower my system here to handle the out put!! Rock on big guy Rock on,you gotta do more of this!
Hey BM!
Thanks for the comments!
The more Van Halen the better.I fought my 80's influence for a while but realized that's where I come from, just do it the best you can is my new motto...It's part of everything I do except sometimes I can sound A little like the 90's!
Yes,I didn't mix the track and it's a little db heavy but it is Twanna's song and it does rock.
I'm glad you're back,It seems a little bit harder to keep in touch on the new LP but we'll do it!
Can’t believe that I haven’t reviewed this one yet my friend. You’re my hero, legend on the guitar my friend. You just have a sixth sense for adding right dimensions to tracks, this just illustrates your immense talents as a musician. Production is off the scale. The Loop is so lucky to have you around. Twanna+AllenV=Talent Overload!!! Love it Al.
I am so sorry I am a little late with my follow ups so I am just now getting to your work. This is incredible! Your playing reminds me a little of Eric Johnson inclusive with your own style. This is Sooo sweet! 5 gold stars out of 5 gold stars. Fantastic!
I will definitely return later and check out some more of your work I have just been preoccupied lately. I am going to half to download this one. Cheers!
Thank you for your comments and go visit my co-collaborators when you get a chance, they all have great tracks...they are very gifted and it's always my honor to work with these artists!
There are few things in life that are certain, but I can guarantee you that when you have SpellJammer, Patricia Edwards, Richie Winn, and AllenV all come together on a song it is going to be magnificent.
Allen, I'm at a total loss for words right now. Not much in this world renders me speechless, but this song did exactly that.
I am so happy you have it available for download. A huge tip of the hat to all involved. You all set the bar extremely high with this one.
Wonderful in every way. Thanks to all for sharing your talents with all of us. And for the download :)
Thank you so much Bear!
You know our collaborations come from the oddest circumstances.Spell had an original instrumental track,I added acoustic guitars,Pat sent vocals and Richie Mixed.
But the interesting thing about all of this is that it all came at very separate times.
Spell had his track for quite some time and I asked him if he had anything he was working on,he sent the track.A week later I added acoustic guitars and sent it back to Spell and he said "I wonder if Patricia would write some lyrics and do some vocals?".She did and we had a hard time mixing them in cause we're having daw problems so a couple of weeks later we ask Richie to mix for us..he wasn't even home and still pulled it off.I guess the point is that this never started out as a planned collab.
I added an intro after all else was finished so this didn't happen overnight and my gratitude goes out to all involved,I'm just as big of fan of them as you are of this track Bear, they represent what this site can do and the talent it brings together.
Thank you again for you're wonderful comments,it makes all the work part of music so very worth it.
Allen, my friend - I truly hope you don't find this remark profane, but this is as close to going to church as i get - what i mean is that there is belief in something better here - as Carlos Santana once put it, Love Devotion and Surrender - sublime work by all involved - it is so good to see ya amigo!
Hey Mike!
I love your comments.
I do associate "inspiration" with my personal belief in the power of music and that I do feel there is a higher power that created this emotion we feel towards music...it can't just be about beats all the time..no offense,I love beats but in this context it's about the combined effort to capture a feeling and share it with others and I'm so happy that I've met so many artists here that understand the importance of emotion in a song..it's what I think we all want to achieve whether it's happy, sad or somewhere in between.
And I also feel that "beats" do indeed create emotion(yes I have listened to Maroon Five and GaGa)
So I get it...but only when appropriate as they do it.
We'll meet again Mr. Stokes...Collabs is what I'm all about!
Even if I did not have time, I would take for to write here, how I feel when I listen to this sublime production ....
Really FANTASTIC ....
Like many of us here, Patricia is the essential vector, when we want to launch a musical challenge.
Yes! we succumb to that wonderful voice, as you here.
This is a very high level of cooperation .... and I really like this acoustic guitar, a more essential in this production.
As could write barry (ShortBusMusic) "I get up and applaud you, before I go drink my coffee" ....
Thank you Dan.
You know that sometimes I get so involved with the production that I wonder if others really like the song, that's what it's all about"The Song".Your comments validate what we all want to do here...make good music and complement each other.
I could never do this without my friends, they do so much of the work and I just want them to be proud of what we have done.
Thank you again my friend!
A great song. All sound off a really great smoothness and clarity. It is a beautiful song where everything works perfectly, enveloping the wonderful voice of Patricia. Great one.
It does indeed sound like a labor of love Allen..Its beautiful music performed with much talent and perfectly produced...Love the acoustic guitar parts & the way it integrates with the keys..vocals excellent (again)..It just is a totally professional piece of work.....But best of all I love the song...and the accompaniment....Thanks for the DL, I`m going to want to listen some more....Ed
Thank you Ed!
I've had this track...with vocals for a month.
The vocal mix messed us up cause Spell and I are kinda starting over with software and computers so Richie was a great help.I think Patricia must have thought we gave up!!
I didn't think it would turn out this well cause of our mixing problem but I appreciate your comments.
I do love the song also and am so glad we got to finish it...this is why we do it and collab, this community is so full of every thing you need..Beats,Loops,Pellas and producers,I'm so grateful to be a part of this family.
Been a bit quiet on your front just lateley mate. Thought i'd drop by your profile and check out some of your tunage.
Been listening to a fair bit of R&B just lateley thanks to Carlosnble's excellent productions.
I have listened to this track before but not for a while and i'm glad i stopped by because this is just perfect music for those long summer evenings when your chilling with your friends.
In the bag, on the MP3 and out the speakers!

Hi Allen, I would like to start off by saying I really love you music. I hope things are better for you.
I have a favor to ask. Do you have the music/chores to Road Home? I love the song and I want to learn it. If you do, I will be in your gratatude, dude.
Sorry for the late reply Bear!
Honestly,I can't read or write music notes at all but I would be more than happy to send you the chord changes.
Some of the chords are ones that I stumbled upon so I'll do my best to point you in the write direction.
Thanks for the wonderful complement..just shoot me an email through my contact page and we'll get er done!
You are a master of the guitar, and to listen to you inspires me! This is an awesome combination of talents! Love to hear collaborations! You guys made a masterpiece here! Great work!
Hey...great coolaboration with alen9R...seamless crossing of genres...i love when an idea comes to fruition...you have a wonderful mastery of the fretboard my friend...will come by again and visit....Respect!
This is one mighty good piece of work here. Your guitar variations are just crazy on this track. The only thing that's missing from it is a bit of vocal and i can't very well moan about something that isn't there. So i won't.
Really enjoyed this funky, upbeat and fun funky number!
Especially because you did the drum beat as well. I know that's not your area so bravo for that!
FR
Hey FR!
Yea,I don't do many tracks by myself cause...well it's a lot harder...you have to make drums and play all the parts,I do enjoy the ease of just "playing".
I have some new software,Ableton Live so I'm making a big transition from the Tascam to DAW.If I can figure it out maybe I can do more original tracks.
