I have been collaborating with several LMer's,
"Micky" and I have a team here on LM (StarTravels)
I enjoy checking out other players approach to music
production and collaborating with them writing for different
instruments, vocals and sound design.

It's hard to believe it's been almost a year since Mark and I did this track. It was a great oppourtunity for me to get a chance to work with Mark again.
I really appreciate your taking the time out to stop by and
give the track a listen as well as comment.
Encouragement from fellow LMers (musicians) is always a great boost to my morale. Sometimes you wonder if anybody is hearing what you have to say (musically).

I'm glad you heard and enjoyed this track.
I imagine LM must be posting it from time to time.
I don't remember it getting quite so many listens when
I posted it back in March.
It's very encouraging to get such a rave review from you
I'm a huge fan of all your work here on LM.
I also appreciate your concern, I have been going thru a rough patch since October. I'm ok tho. Quitters never win and winners never quit. I may pause but I never quit.
I hope to be back on LM soon.

It means a lot to get such encouraging

I wrote this track about two years ago when
I was really into playing all the instruments.
I'm sorry I couldn't foresee LM enhancing the 1-200hz
on this track. It's a wonder you even heard the Rhodes.
I hope to be back with some new stuff soon.

Wow... Thanks Cam.
Once again your comments
on the rhythmic contribution the Vocals
add to my tracks makes me really think about
how I could push the Vocal rhythmic envelope even
more. I wasn't really aware of it until you mentioned
it a while back on another one of my tracks.
Thank you for bringing it to my attention, it has added
a whole nuther layer of things to consider when I write.

I'll be posting some new stuff soon. You can bet your insight on the rhythmic Vocals will be in there.

Mark started me out playing in
a band back in the early 70's.
Damn! that was 50years ago!
If Mark stopped playing now and
I kept going for the next 50years
I might know half of what he knows
about music and play maybe a quarter
as well as he plays on "Real" instruments.
I appreciate you encouraging comments but I'm
no Mark, by a long shot. Guys like you and Mark
keep the bar raised to almost unreachable heights.

Hey Zoot,

Short answer; No... I wish I could play Guitar, I'm a poser lol. I do try to think like a Guitar player when I write Guitar parts.
For the last couple of years I have been experimenting
with a Guitar sound from my DAW that has the Guitar sound
and feel I want. So far I have about 3, I think the most
important part is the settings using a Jazz or Stratocaster
VST. Also I like the Bluecat effects VST when I want feedback or other Lead Guitar type effects.
