Wow.. I have had all 3 of those keyboards. I started with the Yamaha76 then got the launchkey49 and I currently use the Auturia49. It's been a while since I have played my 76 key piano, my controller's pretty much all I've been using for the last few years. Once I got turned on to DAWs and VST's it was a wrap lol.
I'm really glad you enjoyed the track.

I decided to forego my ancient long list of vsts LOL. I'm just using my subscriptions and I have to get a new zenology. For some reason Slate would only come back as a vst2.

No problem, in respect to the VSTs, I probably already need to be in a 12 step program for collecting VSTs and Samples...lol IJS.

Mark, just when I thought it was time to come back. I accidentally deleted all of my VST3s doing housekeeping on my computer. I opened Ableton and discovered I only have 5 VST3s out of 417! I've regained consciouness and come to grips with re-building my arsenal. Actually I think I'll be fine, I've mostly been just using Waves, Slate, Ableton and a few other plug-ins that didn't get caught up in the melee.
You said something I hadn't considered; "the remastering / re-editing bug will get you" "listen to yesterdays tracks with todays ears"
I am going to be spending this holiday weekend trying to restore my VST arsenal. Most of my old and new projects are saying "Missing Plug-in" in my DAW...Ugh.

Thank you for the compliment but, There is no Guitar on this track. I meant to say something when F2F commented on the Guitar on this track. I was using the "Zenology" VST synth. During the time when I made this track I couldn't seem to find a Guitar VST that had a realistic sound/feel. I wish I could play the Guitar and Bass, I just imitate their phrasings and style on my controller. I'm always on the hunt for a good guitar and Bass VST. Currently I use Trillion for Bass and Guitar Rig7 chained with a few 3rd party effects for the Guitar. This track was from 5 years ago, I mostly only had stock Ableton stuff then. If you have any Bass or Guitar VST favorites I'm all ears lol.

No Guitars were harmed when I made this track lol.
When I made this track, I was trying to make a Synth preset that would be
my go-to preset for Synth. Back then I liked to use "Blue Cat"( I used it on everthing lol) in my Guitar and Synth chain but, I hadn't quite figured out a Guitar sound/feel that that worked for me back then.

I really appreciate you listening to my track and for your encouraging comments. Occasionally when I play all the instruments on a track I have difficulty getting them to glue together properly. I find myself obsessing over each instrument to the point of analysis paralysis. I was, finally able to just let it go.

I've been using those female vocal samples so long, I feel like they are part of my production. The psychedelic period in music was definitely my favorite.
