Evrim really made an excellent performance on this one! I really like her singing! Your music really compliments her words, they seem meant for eachother. Really nice work!
Even though it's works without the percussion, I for one would love to have some low U2-style drums.
But: This song is absolutely amazing. Nothing less.
Impressed again.

You continue to impress me, Pierre. It's amazing tracking your musical progress in less than a year for me.
I think this is the best use of a Minette `pella I've heard yet. You're mix sounds organic and live, as if the instruments and singer did this together at once. Love the strings and percussion.
another great inspiring track ...
some really great sounds in there ... love that combination of electronic and rock, this is very exciting (I know some tracks out there that miss that goal, this is by far not one of them ...)
awesome work ...
thanks Rei, again for your kind words, after doing the track I discovered that Ray had done a video (he is more a video programmer than musician) for the original mix of the track, so I edited his original video to fit my version of the song, check out the BigPete version of the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWoWiA1yUBU
Thank you Wayne, Ray did all the production on the vocals before I strated my thing, this acapella is available here on Looperman, Ray is a great guy to work with.
Is it my imagination, or has this gotten a lot easier for you since the JB ultra-Funk track? Your music just keeps getting smoother and smoother (seamless and organic) - no mean feat, no?
To my ear, this sounds like AJ sang to the music, instead of the other way around.
Allow me to be the first to favorite this one (though I know I won't be the last).
Ceci est la musique de qualitàet se tient sur ses propres mÃÂrites, n'est pas?
Merci Sean, working with vocals is something I really love doing and these artists bring me my inspiration, I really work hard to make the tracks sound credible, thank you my friend.
Holy hell man, this is awesome mixing. The music and the 'pella sound like they were made for each other. You hit this one outof the park. Good job, Big Pete.
Thanks I really wanted this to sound like a live band and a singer jamming, thanks for your kind review and taking the time to feedback.
wait till you hear the new one I did with an AJ acapella I think its even better.
damn you beat me to it i was working on the same pella. i think i will abandon ship tho your version is better i tried to chop it up to get it to fit a structsure i had and was having difficulty doing so. i was looking for more words and less singing to make it all work and then i believe i got drunk and quit. sorry anomilyj. good job keep up the hood work.
don't give up, I gave up a few times on this, was not getting anywhere, there are so may ways you can go with this, my version is so different than the original by Dezentral (great hip hop groove version). Thanks for your kind words and taking the time to review.
Wow this is really good, love the feel of this song. Makes me wish I was sitting on a beach under the sun listening to the waves and having a drink, nice job on this
YEAHMAN---Carrambaaa! What a good Job!!! Looove this one...had to dwnl it!
would you mind, if I woul plant some fittin' Lyrical-Vocals into your garden??
I never travelled on this style, but I would really like to take a Ride on it...So tell me what you think about!

Nice! Not enough love for the two-tone out there!! The kids in the burbs around here are still on about the skunk-rock trash - shameful really. Love the trombone and harp.
would you believe I have lots more, JB loved to have talked or acapella intros so there is a lot the man was around for 6 decades, it was great fun to find all the bits and pieces from tracks from 3 decades the 50s 60s and 70s, wanted to keep the spirit alive.
It's like watching Gary Oldman portraying Sid Vicious and realizing the representation is even more authentic than the reality. Gary Oldman as Sid was more Sid than Sid.
This is seriously "channeled" stuff here, and so jacked into the Spirit that I'm sure James Brown is somewhere right now shrieking his approval.
