I found myself tapping my feet and nodding intensly – this is so nice and reminds me of some of my favourite artists.
And yes, there's a scent of Inca roads here, mixed up with UK, Crimson and a lot of wonderful music. What at great track, thanks for sharing.

The first thing I thought of was Spain, then diMeola or Paco de Lucia with spanish guitars sounding in a dance. Cinematic and an absolutely wonderful tune. Impressed again.

This is so smooth, and a shining example of your work! I really like this high frequency synth you've used, it adds a nice flavour to the jazzy vibe. Very nice piano work, it's so relaxing to hear! Definitely a warm day feeling to this track! Thanks for calming me down again my friend!

Amazed by the guitar sound, rich in flavor, I dreamt away. (The sound reminded my a bit of something Mike Oldfield made a long time ago, think it was Ommadown)
This is a truly wonderful track and I am happy you shared it.

I love the gtr playing and the setting here - I can hear/see the physical guitar-playing through the track, which lend the synth voices terrific story-telling qualities.

Very interesting track using a range of novel musical ideas and instruments used. I think I'd describe this as more fusion than funk. The whole song takes the listener on a journey - very contemporary yet has a commercial quality. I must admit, the sax loop is cool when it kicks in, too as well as the electric guitar. You know, this song would fit so well as a soundtrack piece for use in a TV documentary or something similar as the whole set-up is perfectly taylored for this. Very good tune, bruv! Peace & Greetz, --Davey--

Thanks for listening & commenting I think you're right about the genre, I normally do Jazz / Fusion which you probably picked up on in the music.
Thanks,
Jamie.

Very interesting and fun interpretation of funk! I really like what you do with that guitar synth! It seems like a great way to translate your guitar talent into many different styles of music. This is definitely a different style for you, but I really like it! Very stylish track, and well produced!

Thanks for listening & commenting Spivkurl - I think it probably fits the Dance genre more than funk but these days genres seem to blend into each other.

Ooh Yeah, This is a very nice track. I really like the way it flows. There is a movement in this track, a sense of traveling on a warm summer night with the top down. The mix was good and there was no drops. Hats off to you and give me more.
This track should be in Funk-Ville, playing on Main St so all the citizens can Funk too it.

Hey, J. My avatar is my pal Werewolf the cat, lickin his paw. No lie, he likes picking strings and playing guitar. His fav is Black Sea or almost anything else by Fennesz.

Man, just consistently interstellar developments happening here, and I hope I'm not missing you completely, but there is just a lotta good-natured fun being had with sci-fi soundtrack conventions!

This is pretty sweet Jamie, a little different beat than I'm used to hearing from you! The intro was really well done and had me into it right from the beginning, especially the harp! The horns really added a lot too. Thought the mix was pretty dang good!

Hey Jamie,

I really like the sound of the bass in this! Steel drums, just love 'em, you snuk them in near the beginning, lol. A nice relaxed groovy funky song.

There is a lot of instruments here and you mixed it nicely. Great job!
