Hello, my friend! In the case of this cover, I was using one of my idol's works of art to express myself, sort of like my DJ gig that ended all too soon. I wish you could hear the original, makes me sad how sheltered you are doomed to be. I should be thankful for the opportunity to introduce you to the song I guess. Hey friend, really good to hear from you again! Doing this cover was just meant to be, I guess to me the essence of being a DJ is using other people's art to speak your mind. That's a bit how I think about doing covers too, be prepared for more covers under the guise of Iris-T-Shirt soon. I've been getting really into over=processing some of my tracks, in lieu of using autotune on my vocals, so I guess that's why the synths sound strange. They sound pretty weird in the original too though. Thanks so much for the comment!

Thanks for your kind feedback! I didn't really practice much for the vocals, just wanted to express my feelings using someone else's song. The "guitar" is actually a sound I made with FM8 and then played the parts on my new midi controller. It does sound quite a bit like a guitar though. Thanks for the support!

Thanks for the positive words! The synth lead was programmed by doctorcatface, so I can't take credit for that, and the title of his song was "baghead" so I went with that as ispiration. I'm trying to focus on not using autotune anymore with my new tracks, but I think this one turned out nice. I appreciate the feedback!
