Very nice catchy tune, everything clarity wise sounds great as have come to expect of your works when reviewing, love the vibe of the vocal in this works so well with instrumental, Track has a pop house funk sound about which I am totally loving...Excellent work man...Fav'd...Peace n Respect Mark...Mosaic...
Always good to hear from you and your opinion is very valued so I am really pleased you like this one. Thanks as always for your honest comments, very much appreciated.
I agree with Behnam's synopsis, but it has potential to be something bigger, I can hear it, it just needs some tweaking. Maybe some live synths. I like the delayed vocals. It needs some more varied percussion, and maybe slow the tempo down just a squeak. Maybe a guitar solo. I would have to think about this one my friend.
It did start off as being a favourite track which I thought had potential, but I got a bit disillusioned when I lost the WAV files, maybe I should have gone back to the drawing board, but in one way I am glad I uploaded it because the feedback I am getting is constructive and confirms what I thought. Great to hear from you as always.
Well to be frank i think you could make the drums and hi hats sound louder i mean this is an electro track right i has little meat as i say the drums need to pop out louder and the vocals to match and more gain but over all i like this sound like it could turn into a vocal trance tack
Thanks for the listen and comment and I don't think any one else as picked up on this ( including me!!) so going away to have another listen...glad you like in general, but also a big thank you again for picking this up!
Hi Mark/Larry
this is coll the way U've mixed various sound & voice & instrruments , but to be honest, respectfully I've heared more thoughtfull traX from U & althouth this is good , but not one of your bests in my opinion ...
hope U ain't mind this amateur's commenT .U know I've greatest respects for your obvious musical tallent & skills my friend.
best wishes.___Behnam
thank you my friend, I really was at a loss with this track, whwn I started mixing it I thought it was sounding good but there was too much going on and was going remix and edit various segments but I lost the WAV files and only the original MP3 take was left. So you are absolutely right with your comments, and I value them so very much, in hindsight I think I should have left this track in the file known as unfinished!.
Thanks again for taking time to listen, but above all for your honest comments.
Glad you heeded the reminder ( wish I had chosen a better song though!!)
no I hadn't thought of mixing the two together, but thanks for that Billy, going to give it a try.
Yeah it sucks when you lose your tunes. I think i'm on lap top number 4 now and half the tunes on my profile are unrecoverable.
Liking the acid house injection in this track. It's pretty good when it gets going but it's not as good as the last one i played of yours.
Still a pleasant listen though.
FR
I tended to save tracks randomly as MP3's but never backed up the WAV files. This track was one I was going to work on a lot more, lost the main files and there it lay as an MP3, finished but not finished, so I know where you are coming from...and maybe I should have left it alone gathering dust!! Thanks anyway for your much appreciated comments.
this is really good, love the vocal work. The piano and the synths all compliment each other very niceley.
Is that vocal from this site? If so i'd like to have a go with that.
Truly excellent tune.
I'm glad i dropped in.
FR
A real big thanks for the listen, but more importantly your great comments, the vocals came from the fabulous and exceptionally cheap eJay dance 6, just an awesome source of loops. Thanks as always for your honest comments.
Thanks for listening, and yes I agree, it was one area I would change, but didn't just want to cut it shorter, I was hoping to re-arrange the last minute. Thanks for liking in general though.
So, I think you are this incredibly talented mad scientist who is able to assemble these awesome tracks from loops.
Something I cannot do.
Really good work Mark, and I think the mix sounds pretty good. I have nothing constructive to add, just a big congratulations on a job well done. Tell Larry hello, hahahaha.
Well mad, and scientist minus the shock of grey or any hair is spot on!!! Thanks for the compliment and larry says can you teach him to play!! Great to hear from you Bear, and thanks again.
I didn*t know this is possible with Magix... lol! Nice one really, works fine, the vocal is really good, fits to the other samples well! Good work! Cheers!
Thanks for listening and your great comments. To me Magix is such a great tool for producing music, but I also use Dance 6, a great budget music making tool if you are prepared to work at it. Thanks again.
Hey you2,
nice Work, like the ambience around, wish i could listen to the one Sound fusing my Mind with the Track, travelling through my Brain, but that´s in my Opinion.:)
The Vocal´s nice and smooth, fits very good. Well done You2,
keep on
all the best,Destero
Big thanks, know what you mean and I learnt a lot from this track and comments like yours really help with the new stuff I am producing, thanks so much.
This is cool and funky mate, Love the vocal work, the music is excellent especially the wah guitar.
I like the way you incorporated a little bit of acid and there's some clever skills going on in this track.
I think this is my favourite one of your i've heard so far.
FR
Thanks as always for giving us a listen and glad you like, there were a few bits in this that I messed up, but I still love this track too, thanks again.
Reviewed a couple of tracks for you so far (will review more are hearing your works) very impressive piece, excellent clarity and arrangement, listening to me this could fit under the Jazz genre, has a very jazzy sound and feel about, lots going on in the piece, but everything has its own space, which is a very good achievement...love this one...As said earlier will be back for more...Thanks for sharing this very good listen...Peace n Respect Mosaic...
Really pleased that you are taking time and trouble to listen and review my tracks, and glad that you are liking them in general. A real big thank you.
Thanks so much for listening and liking, really very much appreciated, and yes there are couple of bits that don't sound as they should! Lesson about backing up WAV files learnt! Thanks again.
hey mark,
Stumbling across this track and this beat has totally got me
haha, but seriously though nice job these acid punchy basses sounded pretty cool though they both sounded a bit off like they should be timed a little different
Further the subtle use of the sitar and the strings on the background make up for a nice arrangement of different sounds.
I don't know for sure though if it's a sitar or not
Thanks for stopping and listening, and yes there a few bits that I would change if I was remixing or mastering again, but really pleased you liked. It is indeed a sampled and messed about with Sitar. Thanks again for your valued comments.
Hi Mark/larry .
as usual of yours this one too is a cool & interesting track .
who is this singer ? she sings so good ...a bit similar to our colleague Camilla alvey here ..
Mark has anyone told U ,there is an eastern taste in many of your traX?...but U compose more beautifull than majority of asian composers..best wishes.___B
Thank you as always for your honest comments. The singer is unknown to me ( I am still trying to find out who she is!) It was a sample from Magix and I just loved her vocals. I hadn't thought about the eastern connection before, but you are right having listened again to some of my previous, and a real big thank you for the kind compliment. Great to hear from you and thanks again Benham.
Thought i'd home in on some "electro" and i got a surprise.
This is retro electro, these days the term electro has been hijacked by another kind of dance music, as has hardcore and a whole bunch of others. Anyway enough with the nostalgic nonsense and on to the track.
love the combination of real and synthetic instruments, i keep meaning to do that myself but never get round to buying the gear to do it. If i hear enough tracks like this it might spur me on to do so.
This was a really fun to listen to track Larry/Mark and i will definitely be back for more.

Totally agree with your opening comments! thanks for listening and liking, your comments are much appreciated too. The whole track was created using eJay Dance 6, which cost around £25, a great buy! however sometimes final mastering can be a bit difficult!. Once again a big thanks.
This is such a brilliant and simple track.
Loved the arrangement and that catchy piano riff.
I'm sure I heard a sitar in there! Loved that distorted basslike synth that comes in every now and then, gives the track an edge.
Sorry that you lost the original file. Know how you feel as that has happened to me a few times (computer crashing, accidental delete). Which reminds me, we must always backup our data! Right? - Blessing Mark. - B
Thanks for listening and spot on it is a sampled sitar!!, thanks for your great comments and glad you like.
I have started to back up files now!! I also have so many tracks labelled WIP that its time for a spring clean!!
Take care my friend.

The sounds brings back lots of memories for me.
Hey Mark have you thought of mixing Magix and Ejay sounds together, I'm in the process of doing it and have already done 2 songs, it works!
Thanks for your inspirations! - Billy.
