Description : Neurofunk track. Used a lot of vengeance 1-shots as well as some other ones for the drums and percussion. Made everything except for a few FX samps and the drum fill. Things need tweaked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My first post to the Loop in quite some time. So glad to see it's back up and running again!!!
Description : Industrial type track made in reason and FL. used some samples, a lot of absynth and some ezdrummer and zeta+ and fm8..samples from the ahrrythmia pack and one INGENIOUS sample from one of the loop's own. the hair-drying sample..killer. its by Deutschtrance.. Brilliant! Fragile-era NIN with my own little bits of work in there is how i would describe this track. had to drop the bitrate to stay under 7mb. first upload in quite some time. wrote it with my buddy Abe in mind.
Description : Neurofunk type track, though there is no funk except the drums. Pretty dark, somewhat twisted, just the way I like it. Made in Reason and FL. Used some vangaurd and this Vst called plastics on the melody thing. The sub and mid-range are Thor ran through a bunch of filters and eq's and stuff. Description : DnB track made in Reason + Fl.. Used a music and pad loop from Danny Byrd Vol. 2 and then made a break and all it's variants..used 5 instances of Massive.. Not real happy vibes in this track but not dark either. The mp3 was pretty bumpin after I exported it and then screwed with the file a bit. gets a bit cluttered toward the middle. needs a good reworking..First upload in a while..enjoy. feel free to critique and or insult lol.. send all complaints to my inbox..Jack
Description : Electro house track. Everything you hear is me except for the FX and the vocal samples and the reverse crashes (from vengeance) Tried to get everything coming through clearly. Got some new FX this christmas and used some of the nomad factory liquid fx and used the camel crusher on the bass to give it alittle more dirtiness..Comments and insults welcome..lulz
Description : DNB Neuro-Esque track made in FL + Reason over the course of 2 days with some input from my chick. Used a really clean reese patch I made in Massive and a sub I made in reason. Compressed the hell out of everything. This track has some really dark vibes and some creepy effects at the end. Layered all the drums. Definitely worth a listen!!
Description : Haven't uploaded anything in a while..electro house track I cooked up in a couple days..bass seems ok..I made everything except the FX and the Accapella..(ez deluxe) had to take a break from all the dnb i've been working on..128 bpm..used Reason for the rising reese-esque bass and everything else i sequenced in FL..took some stuff to audition..This track has a jumpin vibe and some of those benassi style reverb swells..did that in FL with a peak controller...send all complaints to...my inbox.. love peace and machine grease..Jack Ripper
Description : Minimal(sorta) house track made in Reason + FL..Starts out kinda funky and ends up pretty minimal..used some strange pella i found, and used some of the mercury waves plug-ins..it sounded very loud and i had it hitting @ -3 db.. worth checking out..no post production done on it.
Description : 128 BPM track made in Reason + FL. Made all the synth and the bass lines in Reason..Sequenced everything in FL and did all the post prod stuff in there..Got some new compressors and maximizers and this tube simulator things..pretty tight..sounds good in the head phones and it sounded good through the speakers before i started to compress and normalize it..kind of leans toward what The Ministry of Sound deems club music but not really. used some pad samps and a vocal samp from danny byrd vol. 2 first thing ive actually finished in quite a while. i jammed to the synth line for like an hour and a half..i like it.
Description : This song was inspired by the Tregaskin trio.. A mother,father and their son..lulz.. I wrote this a some time ago and i couldn't figure out what i did to it exactly.. I made the percussion track and listened to it everyday for like 3 whole weeks and called it "Ruined with Synths" because i seriously hated the idea of synths at the moment..i went through this weird stage of not liking melody's or anything pretty sounding..The drums are pretty straight forward.no FX except for a filter at the end and the music i ended up going with was the fruity keys,and vangaurd.
Description : Don't know if this would be considered deep house? I dunno, kinda dark and @ 120 bpm..used a string sample and a few FX and the rest is me.. Bounced back and forth between reason and FL.. Been in this insane rut lately.Went through some of my older stuff and then listened to this again and was like, "Yeah, sure. Description : Remixed the track a little bit, I think it sounds better than the MNML mixx. Added some automation and changed the bass sound. I really like the drums in this and the fills are bad azz!(samples) Just wanted to get it a little closer to the vision I have in my head before i headed out to Germany.. Did this in FL + Reason. Description : Electro kind of fidgety house.. Made in Reason + FL. Used some vocal stabs and went crazy with the pitch wheel a couple of times.. ha. It actually sounds like it's saying Dis Down when it breaks down for a minute but with all the bass and stuff it sounds like get down.. i dunno..strange.
Description : Ok. Well. This is different. If you don't like this, chances are your girfriend or wife might..No puns intended, it's just kind of.. Dancey but it's very minimal. I really like the vocal grooves I put in there. That' what the song is based around. I just had to take a break from what I was doing for a minute and came up with this.. Plan on doing a remix of it, if you want to remix it, hit me up and I'll send you everything you need..Can't understand what these chicks are saying in here.. One part sounds like "Come on perfect hands" and the other says something about not being able to stop the cocaine.. I dunno, but it's a pretty grooving track with lot's of breathing room but a nice beat, especially after the first break. Check this out.
Description : Electro house track done in reason and bounced to FL for additional compression and eq and then mp3'd in audition. Kind of a dirty electro house track with a tech edge to it. I used the armand perc loop for the dr rex and kicked up the pitch and used a sample I found on here of a woman.. doing stuff.. ha. but i only used 2 slices out of it. Thanks to whoever posted that. I hard panned 1 of the bass' and also the stabby piano sound. Got the mix hitting at -6db and then turned it up so it was pretty level @ -3db in the final mix.
Description : 2nd attempt at some fidget. listened to it with no bass boost.. ouch man. don't do it! This will definitely not clip your sh*t. I hear no low end at all, but it sounds good in the head phones with the bass boost on.. anyway, used reason.. sidechained the basses. Plan on getting more intricate with it as soon as i can figure out how. made my first combinator patch. sweet.

Description : Made in FL 8... Used an "Oh yeah" sample, 3 scratch samples and like 2 fx, the rest is me on some multi's.. compressed the hell out of everything jazzy kind of hip hop.. pretty sure its hip hop, it's got hip hop drums and some funk house synths...
Description : Laid-back kind of jungle track.. Pretty cool track, I really like making this kind of ambient sort of jungle..The bass line is kind of repetitive, think i could of added a reese in there but i'm kind of sick of them at the moment so it's clean.. Ton of FX and hip hop samples. And as usual produced in FL 8 and post prod. done in Audition.
Description : Got 3NM/NV's rmx file and went to town. Tie-your-signifigant-other-up type stuff..HA!! Bumped the tempo to 120 got some SFX samples and chopped the ones I found in the zip.. Wanted to focus on the bass drum coming through.. Did some subtractive eq'ing on the synth and bass and slightly bumped the kick and of course compressed everything..Didn't turn out quite the way that I wanted to, but that's ok for now.
Description : DNB/Jungle track.. This is kind of a new style for me.. Dark and sort of ambient.. I guess a heavy type of jungle influence. My favorite part is around the 1:19 mark. Compressed limited normalized and eq'd the final product.. made sure it didn't clip.. Used a hip hop sub, some weirdo hip hop samples and made a reece in the Massive and the more wah-e type one i made with sytrus and alternated between the two.
Description : Laid back house track. 130 BPM. Tracked everything out. Put a limiter on and compressed everything. Listened to Eshar's "Jazzamataz" and got inspired. Kind of jazzy, kind of discoey.. Needs some fine tuning..
Description : Got an idea and ran with it.. Haven't uploaded anything in a while so I thought what the heck..Compressed, limited and normalized the final product (not in that order) didn't clip and I'm pretty happy with this.. very jazzy be boppy.. if you're going to fast forward, then do it to like :53 or so, that's when it starts picking up, gets really groovy..love,peace and chicken grease--jazzy jack ripper
Description : I took a totally different approach producing this one. I did all the tracks (and eq'd and compressed them) separately (drums,bass,synth,fx)over 2 days then i bounced all the tracks to seperate channels in the mixer, eq'd and compressed them, and then eq'd them and then mixed them all down to one track, and THEN i made the mix down into two identical tracks, took one and mastered it and took the other and ran it through a compressor with the low band on solo to give it a lil more bump and mixed those two tracks down to one (this turned out to be a 68.2 MEG wav file by the way) then i bounced it to FL and did the filter FX and then compressed it... while mastering this i turned the bass boost off my stereo and set the eq to flat.. I dont like producing like this (doing all the tracks separately) I like doing everything all at once and then bouncing tracks separately...but whatever practice makes perfect.. drums are layers of samples until the "chorus" or whatever you wanna call it kicks in and the rest is me on the predator and massive.. oh the effects are samples also. this is on the verge of trance, but i'm saying it's ilke tech house because i really dislike a lot of trance. ;)>
