Description : Song by a band in which I'm the singer - Splintered Puppets. I hope ya's dig it. It was recorded through a Behringer Xr18, 4 mics on the drums(Bonham style), mesa boogie/sm58, bass direct, vocals using a Sterling ST77. Mixed and mastered in Sonar Platinum with various plugins from Waves, Izatope etc. No overdubs on the instruments. Band was tracked live vocals redone afterwards.
Description : A song about who really holds the power in this world and about us opening up our eyes and taking a stand!
Description : Just a Short demo I created just too see what people thought. It's maybe more of a newer alt/rock
Style to me.
Description : My fellow bandmate PM Kikajon sent me the music to this Track,he plays guitar and bass and also laid down the drum track. I wrote the lyrics and sang. We're not quite sure if the vocals fit the music,so any feedback would be much appreciated.
Description : My mom passed away on July 22nd, I wrote this like a week later. This is the original take on the lead vocal, so its pretty raw with the emotion I was feeling. Sorry I haven't tracked down the loops(from Looperman) I used yet. It's a rough mix, I just wanted to upload this as a tribute to my mother for Christmas.
Description : Here is another track from The TransAtlantic Experience about a woman's love that slipped away.My friend Kikajon wrote the music and mastered this song as well as played an awesome bass and guitar. My other buddy AllenV contributed his amazing guitar skills as well.Me, i wrote the lyrics and sang.Hope you enjoy!
And by all means please check out both AllenV's and Kikajon's Pages!! There is also Many more TransAtlantic Experience tunes on Kikajon's page.
Description : I wanna thank Rei4real for the awesome guitar loops.I tried to do something that was a kind of an ode' to the heavy metal I came up on,like Sabbath,Purple,Metallica,Maiden etc.Used ez drummer for the drums and mish mash of various loops. The lyrics and vocals are yours truly.
Description : P.O.V. = Point Of View. A tune from several years ago that my buddy Mike Bright wrote. He plays guitar and bass on this as well.I just sing.I did play drums on this but either it was a bad recording,or my drum playing was wasn't up to snuff.Or maybe both :).I left the drum track off for now.We recorded this on my old Zoom MRS 802cd.The tracks I had were in pretty bad shape so I did the best I could.I thought these were excellent lyrics by my friend Mike.
Description : My buddy and fellow TransAtlantic Experience member PM Kikajon, just started to jam when he tried out some new amps and they truly inspired him!He plays guitar, bass and laid out the drum track on this.I added vocals and lyrics.Mixed and mastered by KikajonThis will be updated in the future.I hope you enjoy this TransAtlantic Experience!!
Update: Kikajon added some more guitar in the chorus
Description : Tweaked the intro and the synth solo in the middle.I also messed with the bass drums and added a little more.
Description : Written a few years ago by my buddy Mike Bright.(he's cool with me posting this)He plays all guitar, bass and he wrote the lyrics.I'm just singing on this and I used EZ Drummer for the drums.I mixed it using the pre existing tracks from an 8 track Zoom mrs 802.Oh by the way I welcome any constructive criticism :)
Description : Is this Rock,Pop or somethin else? I"m not sure.I wanna thank Innstrumentalz, Eaproductions20 and Michael Gonzalez for their loops! The synth in the middle is me on Absynth 5.I used a cheap MXL ribbon mic ,an m-audio mobile pre, some T-Racks compression,Sonar reverb,eq,and gate on the Vox.I started the lyrics off of Instrentalz piano loop.Sorry but I couldn't find the creator of the guitar loop, they may no longer be a member. This is a work in progress,so its probably rough around the edges! - 12/13/10 redid opening vocals, added an intro, and some more synth.I still may tweak this,Let me know what ya think.
Description : An acoustic Rock tune. Its pretty much one loop sliced up in spots.
Thanx to Angelus1818 for the great acoustic guitar loop!
This is my first track done with a loop, not to mention I'm not very experienced with cakewalk or other DAWs.I just wrote and sang this today. Its basically about the troubled youth of today who are torn up inside and feel like outsiders. But really about anyone who is going through something tough. Its a little choppy, but I hope you enjoy!
Description : A more rockin Cover of Tom Jones. There is some mistakes in here,Mostly me .I missed a note or two but what the hell!
Description : Cover song Again,This one is Wild Cherry. This wasn' t My usual type of stuff, but it was fun to do.This is a little slower than it should be.
Description : This just a Thin Lizzy Cover. My old band Again same recording as the 1st song.A little too much of something on the vocals,it was a quick recording and mix down by some dude I didn't know.We kind of were rushed through these, but no excuses!Just wanted to get some tracks on here.
Description : Led Zeppelin's Good Times Bad Times. This tracks from a few years back, when I was with a band called Wicked Ways.I'm on vocals.Kind of a rough recording we did live on a Roland 12 or 16 track recorder.
