Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. This beat is 9 years old, and gives you a sense of what it was like to be a young, passionate, musically driven teen. Thank you.

it's a very trance inducing track. the underlying loop is very interesting and you break it up now and then which really keeps my interest. the rapper is great and the lyrics are interesting though I rarely understand much of the rap lyrics in general. was wondering about the mix of the voice and underlying loop. don't know much about it - just wondering if there are ways to further optimize that mix. congratulations on this track! midisparks
