Description : OK... I wanted very much to kinda write something that was unique, so i sat there thinking about it and then this idea popped in my head of doing a battle between god and the devil. It turned out pretty good but i have to say that i think satan took it with his first verse.

I cannot find my session file for this song so i believe the mixdown was the second one, with the dynamics in this production it would have taken a good minute to get it right. little heavy on the kick drum and the mid is sharp on the snare. if you are listening on decent speakers it will sound ok, if you have a laptop or you are using desktop speakers it will be a little distorted .

The idea is utter brilliance. & i was going to comment on the vocal sample at the start but i guessing from your reply that done that? Thats mad, I played around with vocals a little with 'voice transformer' in logic but i haven't managed to get that sound.

HELL YA!! thank you for that review... i dont think people realize that it wasnt easy coming up with an idea for a song that has never been done before in hip hop. as far as the devil voice.. ijust applies a pitch filter over one of the secondary vocal tracks and pitched it way, way low... :)

I must admit that this is a creative track my man... glad to see ppl rappin bout more creative stuff rather than the same old club songs! This gets the thumbs up...

thanks brother, that song took a lot of effort, just making myself sound like a demon took alot of patience. I like this site alot already cuz the more i browse the more there are people who actually love real hip hop which was much more lyrical in the beginning You might also like these tracks

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation.
