i would use less BPM, wich would make it easier for you to make beats and kicking drops :)
as for the synths; try to stick with your lines, i know it gets repeatetive when using 1 synth or so.. but i think a maximum of 2/3 synths would do it. [just my opinion]
quality-side: nothing wrong with it..

this is not the type of trance i would normally listen to, but it's ok, u could do with reduing ur main lead, cos after even 16 bars it became annoying, u do have a nice riffs in there tho, and it sound quite well mastered! maybe u should shide chain the bass and one of the synth to give it a more pumping feeling!
