Hopeless - Marius9

Name: Hopeless
Duration: 229 s
Channel: Marius9
Description: My first attempt at a hardcore track. Halfway through I thought "THIS IS HOPELESS!" And that's how I got the title. Eventually it got finished though, not my favorite track, but I tried using a limiter and a compressor on this one like people were talking about in the forums, and I thought the end result was pretty good as far as production, so I'm posting it. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for saying so man! I thought the track was a little bass heavy once I listened to it on an actual system instead of just my headphones, but I'm glad to know someone out there digs it.

Description : Technology is a great thing. But I'm glad to know that if it ever fails ... or simply isn't there ... I can always play my guitar or drums, or just sing. In any case, the power didn't go out during this production ... so it's electric. And eclectic.

Description : Atmospheric, late-night UK garage and liquid drum & bass blending deep rolling basslines, shuffled breakbeats, intimate breathy female vocals and rhythmic DJ turntablism. Chopped vocal samples and hypnotic hooks.
