Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.
Someone else wrote the words, I was just inspired to use them. I only added the "Yeah" and "Amen."

Description : So a guy buys a nice guitar at a pawn shop but returns it a few days later after waking from a sound sleep to hear it playing by itself. When he tells of his experience he is shocked to learn the owner had actually died while playing it. Is it fantasy or truth? Is the guitar in this track that very same guitar? Very cool changes! Totally tensed up the mood, and you completely and utterly responded effortlessly!
As I am, I love to over-complicate and ruin music lol.. so this was very interesting to me as a listener because I wanted to go create something just hearing this!
Aches for vocals in my opinion. But as a standalone piece it's very chilling and relaxing.
I loved the hip-hop vibe it had as well.
hmnnn I can't stop thinking about variations on this!!!

First, I've just got to say hearing your own development is amazing! I really liked your Tudor track (the first I heard), but comparing the two is really a trip! You've gotten really good at this medium! And it's been such a short time as well.
On my second listen, I keep trying to hear this with the "if this track was mine" lens to offer up some constructive criticism. On the one hand, I'd love to hear a solo melody, perhaps in strings (guitar, cello, sitar?) floating in and out of this, HOWEVER I'm pretty sure that if you did that, you'd lose the wonderful Chillout qualities going for this one. It would become something different, and I'm not really sure that's serving the music in this case.
Chillout really is a happy vibe sub-genre of Ambient, and what you do here really emphasizes these characteristics. I can't imagine still feeling stressed out after having this track as a sonic tonic.
