Description : This song is a combined effort of me and my girlfriend. She always told me she could sing but I didn't really know until recently. I wanted to make a song for her to sing to and thought a dance track would be the simplest. The song was made in FL Studio. No loops or samples were used. Just a lot of vst instruments and about 4 hours of work. Its far from done but I felt I should share her voice with you all. If you don't know I live in Harbin China so she only sings in Chinese. Just letting you know if you want an acapella....LOL

Description : A psychedelic techno cello epic. It's not really techno as it's only 110 BPM but something like that (eg breakbeat), with lots of banging beats and arpeggiated acid synths, plus a whole load of my layered cello playing techniques. There aren't that many synths used but they do a lot of work and are carefully automated. No guitar. Drums are mostly a lot of drum loops, supported by a few programmed acoustic drumkits. Very busy and complicated with loads of different sections (funky, chilled, fast, heavy) that make up a constantly progressing trip. I don't know if there's any other cello music like this so let me know if you think there is. Interesting feedback appreciated - criticism, praise, ideas etc. Enjoy...

Your girlfriend has an ornate beauty to her voice. If she ever decides to do an acapella track, please let me know. I wanna be the first to mix it.
One tiny bit of constructive critisism, (and this is something you will fix anyway in a finished version) but turn her voice up.
The track is stellar, but dont hide her. Highlight her.
