Lot's of commentary on the recording/mastering here so I'm going to offer my perspective too. Brilliant mastering doesn't cover up mediocrity, just like perfume won't cover up the funk.

Look how many people have faved this one DESPITE the recording flaws. That in itself should tell you that you've got it HAPPENING. Real talent and artistry underlies this piece. I hope you're feeling as good about it as you deserve to. Absolutely beautiful and inspired work here. Cheers.

Ah,this piano playing again. And this strong emotion comin out from that track.Gonna fav it!
Cheers

You are a really talented piano player and I like this melody. But the recording could be better, I heard distortion on a few parts.

codymeiser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanx for the compliment. I deff agree with you the recording sux. Ive never been really good at that kind of stuff.

CapitalGLD 4th Nov 2009 21:14 - 17 years ago

I'm jealous. If I could only play the piano... Like others have said this is a very beautiful piece, love those piano solos... I'd love to hear it with a beat behind it, but that's just me... Great song love it...
Keep playin' and writin'...

hell yeah!! i love this. real raw emotion here, i can feel it.
nice job. the only flaws were your way of recording and the work put into the mastering.

other than that your on a serious tip right here. great work here. keep it up

codymeiser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanx for this review. As far as recording and mastering im still figuring that stuff out. Im pretty stoked you got the "raw emotion" part; thats exactly what i was wanting people to get out of it. Thanks again.

Cliffdog78 11th Sep 2009 23:49 - 17 years ago

Nice mellow piece - good work

AlexDBK 13th Jul 2009 15:15 - 17 years ago

It should be great if you tab this into Fruityloops and change the piano/keyboard to something more appropriate.

Great job anyway! ^^

codymeiser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thats a really good idea. I did just that. You should check it out. You can find it here:

The piano is beautiful and brings out raw emotion, but i think if you compressed it and eq a little bit it would sound better
