Squadd, thankyou so much for stopping off boyz, you know me well enough now to know i always bring real life, sciatica is a bummer and its kept me from music, f#ck that, I'm not letting it beat me down, it took me years to find this much release from everyday life, music stimulates me more than ever and the friends I've made is incredible and rewarding for my mental health and my well-being, music is medicine to people like us, if we are down we turn to our comfort blanket music and keeping creative and we use that anger and pain to help create too :-)
