When I was 14 someone has given me a bass guitar and told me I am now a bass player in their group. Unfortunately because of my ADHD I was not able to practice enough. This sounds what I could have become :-) However this song comes from another universe I have big respect for. Cheers, Oli
Alright now! I agree with what others have said so I won't Luv-bomb your track no more lol...seriously though, another female Shaft moment here to my ears, undeniably Fantastic! A*Star* music indeed and you already know that sax is running the show for me.
That guitar is RAD! sounding real good. I'm sure your wife also enjoys your music as we all do here continue. Kudos friend, One of your best! IMO Bravo!

Angelus:) greetings! Thanks for the stop, favorable critique, and fave. We gotta work on that Shaft flavored soundtrack for your video to your TBD track "Something Delicious". LOL. Now concerning my harshest critic, Yep she enjoys what I do. Stay sweet and safe my friend.
Sometimes technicality is more :-)
Absolute "horror" bass play, that bro is out of this world ... :-)
progressivity kills, sometimes I need to hear people play music not just stupid metal riffs :-)
hats off, thanx for the upload ...

Atilla! Im elated for your stop, reaction and fave. I agree wholeheartedly with you on the bass. Yep Mono is the Memphis wonder. His bass sensibilities command full attention. Its good to know that this listen hits right with you. Peace.
Really Mononeon played for you?! Seriously I dig the work you did, jazz funk is definitely a noble quest and as there are plenty of guitar parts that made me willing to try to transcribe some of them. Thanks Mark.
StratOli. Yep that's MonoNeon! Thanks for the stop and reaction. I'm happy this one resonated well with you. Keep me posted on what you transcribe. Peace.
Hello Mark - As you know, JAZZ ain't my bag but I enjoyed listening to this - you have a way of working it so it is digestible and pleasant to me! Loved the guitar work esp. Really, really good, Mark
Description : 'Love will find you at the right time'...This track is about how we vibrationally attract love. From my recollection, in the early 20s/teen years, a typical place to encounter this wonderful force was the Disco. (Kay)
'I always wanted to produce a funk and soul song, as I love the rhythms and vibe. I hope you like my first attempt at this. Many thanks to Darren Hirst for his great bassline' - Oli.

Description : This is another Jazz/Funk composition. My brother on the Loop, BaoBou was kind enough to grace this track with his fire on guitar. Also, as a result of his contribution, I got inspired and added even more funk into the mix. Enjoy.
Description : This is kinda like a funky electro acoustic type thing. Definitely our funkiest piece yet, trying to explore a few different genres here, hopefully you enjoy it! :)
Description : Another one of the older tracks I'm gradually pulling out of storage to rework. For this little funk thing, I played a new bass, added some extra sounds, and remixed and remastered the whole thing. I hope you enjoy it.

Description : It a funky tune and its purpose is to make you move your heads and your bodies to the rhythm. Made with Steinberg's free Sequel 3. I really hope you will enjoy it.

Description : Continuing my journey with sampling. This was mostly an accident, and not where I originally thought it would go but I'm happy with the destination. I started with the track Real Reel Switcher by Eunice Russ Frost, which has a slower melancholy swing to it, however I've been playing a bunch of older video games lately, with SSX being in the mix heavily, so this track ended up taking on a bit of that for inspiration as well. Would love your thoughts.
