Kayos2 14th Jul 2025 07:55 - 1 year ago

lovely guitar work - make it longer and fade it out more gradually

monkwee replied 7th Aug 2025 - 1 year ago

great advice i shall heed your words

BeatMaker4real 14th Jul 2025 07:43 - 1 year ago

Nice work on the track monkwee...I like the way you're using the vocal part as a low tone instrument to add some character to the beat...not so much to be heard, but to be felt.

monkwee replied 7th Aug 2025 - 1 year ago

thanks for getting me man much love :,)

paulcreaney 19th Jun 2025 00:39 - 1 year ago

very nice bro!

fanisatt 18th Jun 2025 18:24 - 1 year ago

It is a very good effort monkwee !!! Try to fix the sound of the vocals , perhaps the mic position or something. Cheersssssss !

glennwhite6504 18th Jun 2025 14:32 - 1 year ago

Hello monkwee, voice could be more pronounced, like the music very much....its a good effort.

Kayos2 18th Jun 2025 10:26 - 1 year ago

A very pleasant tune - the vocals seemed very suppressed however the music was v Summery and uplifting

monkwee replied 14th Jul 2025 - 1 year ago

thanks very much for checking it out and even more for digging it! :)

Zootman 18th Jun 2025 08:57 - 1 year ago

Kia Ora man. Always good to hear anything of yours, never know quite what you're going to get and whatever it is it's always interesting. This is no exception. It's got a nice vibe and bouncy beat and I like the buried vocal too. That made me smile when it hit the change up section. Cool stuff indeed. Spot ya Zoot.

monkwee replied 18th Jun 2025 - 1 year ago

Dude!! i feel and match your smile what a trip this is evidence that we are some sort of oracular windows into the collective shrug of our time from whatever locality ye may be :)

DanMed 18th Jun 2025 08:35 - 1 year ago

Cheers!

Description : I'm gonna file this under Drum and Bass due to the beats I used. Though it's probably not DnB in the strictest sense of the word, as it starts off with a Cinematic vibe till the beats kick in (apologies for that, as I don't have a vast knowledge of DnB!). Apart from the beats and a couple of other loops, all synth/bass parts are played by me using ThornCM, Poly Max and Z3ta+ vst's. Let me know what you think? All feedback is always appreciated. Thanks.

Description : Technology is a great thing. But I'm glad to know that if it ever fails ... or simply isn't there ... I can always play my guitar or drums, or just sing. In any case, the power didn't go out during this production ... so it's electric. And eclectic.
