I had the same experience as many others herewhen I first heard this amazing song, a vocal melody instantly came to mind. On the other hand, Aaron (V) has a point as well. I dont mean to say that vocals would interfere with the music, but allowing yourself to be carried solely by the music, letting it resonate in your mind without being distracted by lyrics, is an incredible experienceespecially with this masterpiece of yours!

And I think that the fact that this track immediately inspires an additional melody in one's mind from the very beginning is proof of your outstanding talent. This song is not just an auditory experience; it truly engages the musical senses of a listener like me!

I agree totally with all the other comments on your track! I really enjoyed listening to it. One sure sign that I connect with an instrumental track is that I immediately start coming up with lead melodies (i.e, for vocals) in my head while I'm listening to it. That happened with your track. You have labelled it as a hip hop beat. I think it has much broader potential application to other genres as well. Very well done!

Ya know, everyone is always saying, "this needs vocals", or "this would be great with someone singing". I say, Nah, man. Sometimes that just gets in the way. Sometimes, it's good to just sit and chill to the music, ya know what I mean?
Honestly, dude, I think you could have easily filed this one under chillout, or even ambient as well as hip hop.
