Description : Last week I was at an open mic where a poet did a couple poems. I bought her book, and when I read it at home, one poem jumped out at me and practically begged me to make it into a song.
Kirsty kindly gave me permission to do so, so... here it is (or at least a first draft).

Description : This was originally a challenge on Threads, where user fud_leclerc more or less weekly posts a 4 chord challenge. This is based on one of those - I made it a bit more complex but I think it worked out.
The mission was to "make it sound like you're falling apart" - let me know if you think that worked.

I had already almost forgotten about this one... which is embarrassing as I wrote it a week ago. Definitely early dementia.
Having said that, sometimes it's a nice surprise to stumble across something you'd already forgotten. This one I think is fun :)
All instruments played live (as far as I remember) and zero AI was involved in this one. Enjoy :)

Another funky instrumental. All instruments played live (drums are midi), the recordings have more than a few mistakes but that's how you know it's not AI.

A nice little jam - I don't seem to find the time and calmness to write lyrics, so let's stick with Instrumentals.
Oh and... no AI in any phase of the creation. Written, played, mixed & mastered by yours truly - I'd rather have my mistakes than AI misuse.
Oh and if you're in a hurry... don't miss my favourite bit which is around 1:40 :D

Description : This song is about my daughter - I'm sure you'll say the same about your daughter but she's the best.
Full of music and art, a gentle and lovely soul with a great heart - anyway, you get the point. She's also already 21 and I'm an old man, but to me she'll always be that little girl that was dancing and singing every minute in my living room.

Description : This is my first new track in about half a year. I've worked on an album (with 2 more projects coming up), I've done many gigs, but somehow the writing didn't happen... so it's a massive relief that this one is taking shape.
It's not finished yet, like my tracks never are... but I hope you can hear I was having fun.
Oh! And if you have spotify or other streaming, be ready for the new album to drop in a couple weeks. Not with this song though - that'll be 2 albums from now ;)

I'm not a fan of Christmas songs and I've long wanted to write an anti-Christmas song... Last year I suddenly had a piano riff that became a song. Sometimes songs come easy and you know instinctively what you want to do with them, I guess... and sometimes an anti-Christmas song turns into a Christmas song :)
Last year's version was a bit messy so I cleaned it up a bit. I might bring this one out as a single... what do you think?
