The groundwork for this is impressive for your first track. We all have to start somewhere and I would say this is a great first step!
The only constructive criticism I can say is that the sub is a little too active for the style of beat youre going for. It almost seems like you wanted to sidechain without actually sidechaining. Simply extending the notes in the midi and adding a little sidechain compression for this should fix it right up!
