JackLake is right though, reference tracks will take you far when it comes to making "cinematic" music.

As for the sound, one thing would be more variation in dynamics of each instrument. I want to hear bigger swells in the strings and brass, and lots of them.
The best advice I ever got was use reference tracks. Pick a track that is similar to yours in style and use it to get the levels and space of the different parts right. This makes me think of Hans Zimmer, so find a track like 'Taken' from 'The Last Samuari'. Download it, and keep comparing the sound to yours.
But really this is pretty sweet, wouldn't be surprised if I heard it in a film.
Just listend to your track and it's very fine by me
