Description : I'm gonna file this under Drum and Bass due to the beats I used. Though it's probably not DnB in the strictest sense of the word, as it starts off with a Cinematic vibe till the beats kick in (apologies for that, as I don't have a vast knowledge of DnB!). Apart from the beats and a couple of other loops, all synth/bass parts are played by me using ThornCM, Poly Max and Z3ta+ vst's. Let me know what you think? All feedback is always appreciated. I'm not really enjoying this song. Overall, it sounds like a ton of samples just mashed up together. They could sound good individually, but they don't really work well together.
Another problem I have is that, even though there are a lot of elements, the song doesn't really feel like it evolves. Some parts simply seem to come out of nowhere. Transitional elements would definitely help in this aspect.
What I would suggest is to break free from using samples all the time for a song. Try to come up with your own elements, your own arrangements and melodies. That way you'll really grow as an artist.
I don't want this to come off as too harsh, but I'm just being honest. Keep working and making more music!
