Description : This is a collaboration with my brother Terry, who came up with(and plays) the melody line for this track and we put this together over a couple months. There are no clips or samples used...it is all played with guitars and synths and our own programmed drum track. There is extensive use of vst plug-ins and some mic-ing of amps. We're pretty pleased with the end result, hope you enjoy it.Remastered version, improved production quality.

Worked this time. Actually got to hear the entire song. I've encountered the situation a few times now where the entire song doesn't load. Hope that gets taken care of it the changes Shan is making to the sit.

Anyways, fantastic track, my friend, faved :-)

I was digging it right up until the sudden and abrupt end ;-)

Great piece, my friend, a fade out would be the only improvement I could suggest.

Hi John, appreciate your kind review Bro,I think you may have had some technical hitch with downloading the full version as the guitar solo outro DOES actually fade and peter out ! Cheers mate, peace and goodwill

Nice and subtle. The lead is a nice touch and sets the tone. I do think that a more elaborate drum track would make this even better or a little more percussion, but the fact that you came back to this track years later is pretty cool.

This one's quite dark and moody..I like the visual audio setting..sounds like a good platform for some vocals as well..it's got an almost 'New Wave' aspect to it..I think it's the drums they have that UK wave sound..where as if you'd used a bigger sounding rhythm kit it would be way more metal orientated...nice work..cheers planet

i disagree with the other reviews. i think that even though the song is essentially the same thing looped it has enough substance to hold its own. the ambiance is beautifully layered over the guitars. great job.

this was a cool track but like Sixfingermusic said i felt sort of the same kinda like i was waiting for the bus but it never came this has tons of potential, check out my https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/17331 this uses the same basic loop over and over but has enough variations to keep it interesting.

This is a solid base of a tune, but in all honesty I kept wanting for something to happen. But it never really did. I like the playing and I like the sounds of the instruments. It seems as though we got stuck in the same groove over and over, without a whole lot of variation. It really picks up nicely at the end, but it took a very long time to get there. I don't say this to be rude, spiteful or anything like that. These are just my thoughts and I am doing my best to present them in a constructive manner. There is definite talent here, and you have created a cool atmosphere, I was hoping for a "payoff" that never really came. Can't wait to see what else you got. Thanks for sharing and being a part of the community. Peace, Six

Hey Six, thanks v much for your thoughts.I respect where you're coming from and maybe we could've built this up bit more, but where do you draw the line ? We're happy with it.The solo in the outro took about 15-20 takes and it was done in its entirety, not pasted together. Its all subjective :) Your review is greatly appreciated and your opinion,as well as your work are highly regarded.Cheers mate,Geo.

Description : "Celebrate the Cornerstone," penned by Kay Matteson, John Matteson, and Richard Shekari, is an uplifting contemporary worship song that beautifully encapsulates themes of salvation and divine love. Drawing from biblical imagery, the lyrics highlight Jesus as the Chief Cornerstone—initially rejected but ultimately essential to faith.
