Description : 6811remix remaster and did some of the things suugested by those who reviewed the track-An exercise in recording different instruments together: electric slide, accoustic guitar, synth, and accoustic drums. The song is about the journey of life, leaving the past behind and 'sailing' on into the mist.

This is great. A definite fav.

If I were you, I'd bring the vocal a bit more forward.

Track kicks major butt, my friend. Great composition.

Interesting Track, yeah it had kool twists and turns that were in a nice rock vain! was digging it!! The only thing that my ears picked up was one of the electric guitars was slight out of tune!
but it worked with track all and all! nice work! keep it up!

Brian ;)

Emann replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for the review, Brian. I have this song on the CD player in my truck and when it comes on mixed in with G & Roses and Metalica, etc., I like how it sounds. Glad you liked it. I'll check out your page next week. all the best, jonathan

Interesting start for a rock track. Kinda like rock with a twist and yeah, I'm digging it. I kept waiting for that rock bang, but I see this track is more laid back. That's cool. Nice work!

Emann replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Hey, I never thought of it that way, but you are absolutely right. Thank you.

skyrider 7th Sep 2008 10:00 - 18 years ago

there's something catchy about this track that just keeps you listening, wanting to know what happens next. I love that synth and beat with the different types of guitar layered over. the breaks and wonderful solo build. I found it difficult to understand some of the lyrics because they were drowned out by the music but the vocals have that nice delay effect. I liked the track ..very original and well played .. mik

You have that rare ability to encourage and impart insite at the same time. Thank you very much.
