Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.

i can see that - stand and fight. slow piano bit's like somethin in your head, 'hey.... woah... what're you doing man..? you can't just sit there.. you gotta do something... you gotta stand. and fight'.
and then the heavy hitter bit's is gettin into the nitty gritty, getting your hands dirty - the actual fight.
the heh-heh's are all the huffin an puffin you'd be doin, after a fight like that..haha
I love everything about this, would make a great Bond song, has lots of elements to change the pace. Has the setup that could go well with voice, or just stand on it's own. AMAZING PIECE!!
Might have excluded or quieted the loud heh-heh (snare?) sounds between 1:35-2:05. Absolutely love the rest of that part though wowser!!
