Description : InZaria is the collective sound of Jamie Vega (previously known as CeeJamesBeat) and the magnificent Savali Dalisu. We met through Looperman and have developed a special sound which we will work on more and more. The track "Beautiful Stranger" is a mix of Jazz, RnB and a genre I can't quite put my finger on. It's just a demo at this stage but enjoy!

If you have time take a listen and give Inzaria some feedback.
now this is some new style soul music that gets it done. love the simplicity of the beat, the effects on her vocals, and her voice. it reminds me of the madvillain ft stacey epps song 'eye'. completely unexpected, absolutely incredible. its a case of love at first listen. respect to both of you.
Thank you so much for the feedback all of you...including the feedback on the forum post...JamieVega, the name has a nice ring to it...I like it...I have never been more excited to work on a project as much as I am about Inzaria. There is sooooo much potential in this project and Mr JV himself is an absolute legend....to Simmerdown: thank you for the feedback on my tracks, you are so def right, the recordings need work and I am doing all I can to perfect them for a better sound....to Visionary: I know what you mean about Portishead...I think that part of the track is very exciting because I love its originality...in response to the forum post...JamieVega you give too much credit (I might just get a big head) thank you to eeryone for the amazing comments on my voice- it humbles me to be compared to amazing musicians that inspire me all the time...we love your feedback and keep it coming...Inzaria will grow bigger and better everyday thanks to his amazing platform that is looperman...
Jazz isn't normally my thing, but after reading your forum post I was intrigued. And I'm happy my intrigue paid off, because this is amazing. Weird and unpredictable, twisting and turning here and there... and those vocal manipulations, although jarring at first, add an extra strange edge to it that I ended up liking. Can't find fault with it!
thanks - I'm not really sure the genre would be jazz - I just couldn't decide. I agree about the vocal manipulations being a little jarring - I had to put quite a few filters on the vocals - I wanted a clean crisp sound but at the moment our recording quality isn't good enough to be unaltered. Thanks for your kind comments!
oh thats awesome, and i love the simplicity and dubby bounce...put me on the album mailing list, lol...and i love scratching..amybe not those exact samples, but this style is dope imo..smmr...(pS, can i be y'alls bassist? id be stoked)

Cheers Simmer mate - yea definitely sounds like a plan - I was actually going to be ask you before if you fancied helping doing some mixing as well. Send me an email and we'll discuss something for the next track. I want to keep the dubby reggae sound but more jazz influenced. If I could find someone who could scratch that would be the icing on the cake.
Thanks Visionary - I know, it's the scratching that makes it a little too Portishead. I just couldn't resist. I might take the scratching out :). Thanks again
Lovely vocal & an excellent backing track. Gotta say I'm heavilly reminded of Portishead with this. I like this a lot my friends. Decidedly different & imaganitive. Quality work peeps.
Whoops - I forgot I was logged in under my name... Thanks Visionary - I know, it's the scratching that makes it a little too Portishead. I just couldn't resist. I might take the scratching out :). Thanks again

I just put together some old ideas to see if it will work. Some vocals and brass, or guitars is clearly needed. Let me know what you think about it. Tnx
Description : Do not freak out just because this is jazz! There's also blues, rock, funk and a little hip hop in it to break up the deep, chillout jazz sections - gets particularly rocking then funky at the end. Main bassline (the track's foundation) is recycled leftover slide resonator guitar parts detuned one octave to make a slide bass sound. Also features: piano, violin, hammered dulcimer, organ, ethereal pad guitar, bass guitar, jazz/blues/rock electric guitar and multiple programmed acoustic drumkits. This was difficult to make at times as I thought I needed more leads parts eg from sax or trumpet. But I'm happyish with the end result. I expect very little interest in this as it's both jazz and long jazz. But it's also an unusual type of genre-mixing jazz. So, leave your thoughts, good or bad, if you like...
Description : This is track me and my friend (great jazz, blues musician) done
around this great vocal we acquired.
Lot of hours in it.
I had great fun making it!
Hope you people like it.
Love and peace.
Description : I think it's a late evening song to accompany you for a single drink.
Jazzy in most of the aspects. It is made single handedly so please consider it an experimentation for the thrill of making music.
Hope you will like it.
Description : This track made me just stop working on it and listen to it for enjoyment.
Smooth Mellow funky Jazz. Uses: 0111003-djrumplestiltskin-swung-funk-drum-beat, 0087009-mrroads442-guitar-line, 0072485-michiel555-mellow-funk, 0058934-ferryterry-90-bpm-soprano-sax. Is this Funk or Jazz?
Description : This track contains only free loops from Stayonbeat.com and several loops from Looperman artists (listed below). I "made a promise" that my next track will be use a lot of jazzy loops - well, i done with this track, for the great sadness of jazz lovers or experts i think - i fear they will never forgive me. :) While my ISP launches my internet out of the Earth system for a long time, i had to face the fact that i dont have too much downloaded jazz loops on my computer, so i think no wonder that this one is sounds like if i smoke some marihuana while making it. But hey, who cares, i like the result - it reminds me the (maybe only) really funny episode of "Breaking Bad", where Pinkman uses some heroin and flyes up with an idiotic smile on his face - that chapter is priceless. :D
I dont think this one needs a vocal, but ofcourse you can use it if you want, and as always, just write and i will give any support as i can. Any feedback welcomed too as always. Enjoy! UPDATE 2015.10.24.: improved audio quality - lower lows, higher highs. Now in 256kbps!

Description : Something a bit different from us. I (Bobo) played guitar, synth, midi bass and percs to this piano loop by LM's most excellent Rasputin. Wataya, stoned as usual, thought he heard Barbara Streisand singing. This is the result.
Description : I created a hip hop groove in Logic and decided to duel some Saxophones. I am playing the Baritone sax on the left pan and the Tenor Sax on the right pan.
I added some bells like a boxing match bell to give it a fight drama feel. The hip hop track itself is dope to me. The duel is cool too. Who won?
