Well, this is another one that has me speechless. Your style is your own, but you are like having all of the greats rolled up into one amazing guitarist.

Again, no critique here, just admiration. You are a true craftsman and it is obvious you have spent thousands of hours honing your skills. My thanks for the download :) It will go to the top of the list as well.

Bravo maestro.

Oh yes my friend, this track totally rocks for me! Awesome arrangement, mix and production! I'm really into this big time!

Regarding the snare, I think it's all a matter of opinion. I personally like to hear a nice crisp sounding snare like this and always have done!

Great work my friend!

robinsane replied 12th Apr 2012 - 14 years ago

Love it!!! Greatly played and produced. I would also change the snare, it sounds like it's all top end micing on the snare. Love the harmonies on the guitars :D

Great track man!

robinsane replied 27th Feb 2012 - 14 years ago

Cheers Loopey, I might use my regular Ludwig snare next time, thanks for the comment!

Have to agree with MStokes. This track is brilliantly put together. My only complaint would be the snappy drum hit. Maybe tone that back a bit, but that's just my taste. Great track.

robinsane replied 25th Feb 2012 - 14 years ago

Actually, the snare sound is a different one to the one I normally use... only changed it to save some of the mid frequencies...
Thanks for the listen, appreciated!

Rob, this is brilliant and fantastically dimensional music - virtuoso in all aspects - playing, arrangement, production - truly awed respect - fav sound = them finger-hammers!!
