Description : Today I have been sampling just using the Roland SP-606. The Roland SP samplers have a distinct sound and the built-in mastering compressor in the 606 makes sounds get quite obese. Recorded in Audacity and tested in Reason.

Description : Only the 808, nothing else.I always wished there were more 808 samples out there so you can mix the drums to your preference. No side chain compressor, limiting, or EQ was applied.
Also, there is a triplet drum roll in the last bar.

Description : Next ~ Prod.SDGRoot Notes ~ A#, C, F#, C#
How I made it ~ I threw down some chords. Added a pad. Added a counter melody. Consolidated it. Reversed it. Threw it into fruity slicer. Pitched it down 4 semitones and raised the attack. Changed some notes in the piano roll. Consolidated it again and turned the resample rate to 14000 Hz. Pitched it down 1 more semitone and added a filter. Consolidated it again. Then pitched it back up 1 semitone.
