Description : I used the similar musical material of my Loop "Slow Mood in D-Minor for guitar", but did a few changes with the melody and rhythm because the Japanese Shamisen has a different sound than the guitar. It is more dry and the melodies sound shorter and have a kind of drum effect. I used also another sound for the base line with Taisho Koto. So it becomes a mix of an ethnic plugged instrument and the Japanese Harp Taisho Koto which I have used before in differnt loops. There is no Category for the Shamisen, so I used Harp which would fit best.

I went through a couple Youtube videos you have. Enjoyed the improv. Its about 2am state-side and I am actually about to publish this free template. So i was seeing if you had responded... I did write up a short little original author sources/cites. I posted a link to the track, to your Youtube videos, that I came across... strangely enough... the first track of the mash-up starting with the SHAMISEN Slow Mood In D-Minor... It felt strange in this day and age that I didn't find it on Youtube first, but 2 pages in on looperman. :) lol. Hey Man, Great Loop. I have been digging for hours, and this is exactly what i needed! Just wanted a simple ethnic sounding loop(oriental'ish) to play quietly in the background of a Menu in a game template I am working on.
