Hoecus

Description : I call this one "Piano Piece" because that is what it is... 2 pianos "dueling". It starts off slow but soon it is faster paced like all things I write. I was asleep tonight on the 6th of August (my birthday) and these notes came to me in a dream. I came into my studio and jotted the notes on paper then transcribed what I remembered in the dream. In the dream I was the student of Beethoven. Weird!

Description : I call this one "Heavy Thrash" because... well.. it is HEAVY! Please turn your speakers down before playing this one. It was my first real chance to play the drums "all out" and I cranked it out! I know it is a little high end but that is the cymbals I used. My work is usually so full of bass the walls rattle. Please leave a comment (good or bad) and critique it so I can know how you feel. 200 beats per minute FAST!

Description : I call this one "Sabbath Song" because I can hear an Iommi influence in it. Not all that fast but a riff that strikes in your ear and doesn't leave for a few hours. I think I hummed this riff for 2 days as I worked on the piece. It is all me and Fruity Loops 8.

Description : I don't know why I call this one "Fury" because it is more of a mellow song. Maybe it is the furious lead in the middle? Anyway.. it is a broad spectrum of ideas based around a single riff I had come to my head one day. I wrote this one from my head.. never touched an instrument! Thanks Fruity Loops XXL 8 ...

Description : Small piece I made deep in the night one night. I was feeling sad and this seemed just the mood... I hear Angels in Heaven looking down and crying at a funeral... don't know why.

Description : Just a small 20 second loop I made. Can't seem to find anything that goes with it to make it a full song. I guess I'm not the "Techno" writing genius like many others are.
