on Ill give you pain featuring Nepaul by FreeRadical
Oh, so your going to give me pain? I'll show you about giving some pain, buddy.

No really - this was a really good track! Impressed by the progression in it and how you used the vocals. Almost 7 minutes and it didn't get boring - great job!

Thanks. I was pleased with the way this one came out so it's nice to hear some positive feedback.
Cheers for listening to this tune!

Is this you singing?
It's really good!! I love the melody/the chorus. Oh, I wish I were more experienced and could collab somehow. You need a stronger instrumental hook and some nice bridges to carry the vocal and also rearrange the vocal a bit, to give it more dynamics and create some space from it here and there.

Really a brilliant start! Good job.

on I Can Manage by Spivkurl
This is good!
I like the repetitiveness of the synths and the subbtle melody.
(The chipmunks gone rewind doesn't really do anything good to my approaching headache right now but I'm sure I would enjoy there performance otherwise.)
Spivkurl
Spivkurl replied 28th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
Sorry if I made your headache worse! I'm glad you could enjoy the song though! I thought I'd feature one of my older tracks for a few days to see what happens! Thanks for the support!

on Dance With Me - Feat Roberto and Robert by ScottFranco
Lovely!!
It feels if all of you were together in a club or a nice restaurant somewhere playing this live, people dancing, the night falling over the Mediterranian Sea...
Can't believe you guys create this the way you do - truly amazing.
ScottFranco
ScottFranco replied 27th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
Thank you, SJ. Yeah, it still amazes me how we are able to do this from other parts of the world. Thank God Franco can speak enough English for us to get our points across. I know about 4 Italian words and they are food! Anyway, thanks for listening and commenting.

Ciao,
Franco & Scott

on Charle funk a doodle by RichieWinn
So is this a habit of yours - pulling banging funky tunes out of your sleeve, just like that? Huh?
Because you just did.

You should definitely finish this and also stick to this genre for ever!
I love it.

RichieWinn replied 28th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
Well now you ask YES! I've always liked this style of music but never before posted anything because I thought is wasn't good enough. Thanks for the encouraging comment. I'm going to work on the track some more and try to get it finished.

Cheers

on Sometimes--- Lisa db by Radioactive
Hmm, it's an enigma - what is she singing? But yes, I like this too. Very dreamy somehow.

(Yes it's my eye.)
Radioactive
Radioactive replied 25th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
An enigma it surely is. Could be about the physiological attraction (chemistry) of two species and wanting to get hitched at the altar, or a detachment of ones self from reality and needed to be institutionalized , hard to say.

I'll go with with C and say it was the first pella around to force in to the slot.. extra airy and drifty to mask the aliasing and pretend it's a shoegaze fx ;)

Biometrics is interesting, neat to see your soul

This was hauntingly beautiful, cinematic and just wonderful. In a disturbing way...because of the subject. Eerie.

Oh WOW - Funkyyyyyyyy!!
Very nice track, indeed. Good job!

I don't know if you've noticed but it's the Funk Week here this week, to celebrate George Clinton. You should include a link back to your superb tune so people can here it:

If you want to be part of the celebration that is.
Take care!

on Time-featuring Patricia Edwards by dansjoy4
It's a match! Definitely working with that haunting synth and the rhythm but from 1:20 I'm thinking it could fit in with some more texture - maybe a piano coming in and emphasing the melody or something?
dansjoy4
dansjoy4 replied 19th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
Thanks SJ! Hmmmmm.....didn't think about adding a piano in this piece. You might be on to something. I'll see if I can come up with a nice piano progression in a remix. Cheers! =B-)

on Siren Wobble by imlords007
I had to find out what that waveform wanted to say - and it spoke to me: I feel a bit lonely up here - it said - and would very much like to be accompanied with some more cool sounds.

A good start, imlords007, I hope there is more to come.

on Observe ft Bonnie Rabson - Ill be waiting by Observe
Oh, sorry for calling it pads! My musical vocabulary is very...hmm small, so I just guessed that that was what I was hearing. Anyway - great track!
=)
Observe
Observe replied 17th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
You weren't wrong at all. The humming she did is the closest thing you get to a pad from the human voice. I did add a small part but the main body of it is her voice. =)

Overall a VERY good track - and a pleasent surprise - I usually avoid everything hip hoppish...don't know why.

I so love this pella by Bonnie - and you have done a good job fitting it in in this song.
Great pads!
Observe
Observe replied 17th Jul 2013 - 12 years ago
Thank you for checking it out. I did use a pad but it is very small. I used the Harmony/Main and Wait Echo of hers and created the beat around her vocals. Reason for my drum samples and VSTs for my bass and volin.
