Vox= Voice or your singing (latin word for voice used as slang)
Range= the number of notes from high to low you can hit.
for example, your range in the lower notes is very good.
Any question you ever have, feel free to ask, noob or not we all started somewhere.
The Good, good spatial and, good frequency separation., you lay it out what it is.
In The mix, I would lower the percussion (snare) gain a slight bit and easy on the compression, as it snaps so hard it can cause ear fatigue.
On the main juice of the beat, the melody, and the pads try adding a doubling texture, like Valhalla uber mod (Cheap at $50) that can give some depth and warmth to the mix and will take this beat to another level. Otherwise, nice work.

Hey Jammy Jam, This one is awesome in it´s choice of synths. Very modern sounds and yet futuristically made. Superbly mixed and executed. I really Enjoyed my listen.
Dr Who?...No Doctor Cru!
Hello Dr Crucifix,
Quarantine is a good thing you know, that's means you have so much time in your hand to do some good music Ha Ha.
Thank you very much for the feedback.
Glad you did like it.
Thanks again for the faves and the download.

Nice Overall, but it has a cold emotional feel to it, can u-turn up the dynamics and lower the limiter to give us a more warm feeling, as this tune needs the warmth to shine because it´s expression overall is great. IMHOP
Tonight this sounds so pro and so relevant. The best work I have heard from you Bro!!!. Vox and effects were just freaking perfect. what a smile you put on my face tonight. You should be very proud of this tune. This just sounds awesome in every way! Great job re-working this mate! And that abrupt ending... fantastico!
Cru
Thank you, man! I appreciate it, and I'm glad I was able to put a smile on your face. And now you have reached across space and time to return the favor. Thank you!
This would fit under the Nu-Disco Category. All the Cool (in the know) DJ-artists are also incorporating touches of acid-house TR-303 sounds (without overwhelming the mix) in their mixes. This has some of that aesthetic. Keep on progressing this sound, you are at the forefront of dance music at the moment my friend. Great Job, Awesome mix.
Cru
Wow Cru, thank you so much! The love you guys are giving me is really making my day! It's a wonderful feeling to be appreciated! Thanks for listening and I'm super stoked you enjoyed it! THANK YOU for the HUGE compliment!
Nice worked, you crammed the whole enchilada of funk sounds in this one. If U back down on the compressor just a small bit and enhance the dynamics it would be even better than the masterpiece it already is. ehh? (Canadian polite way of a question mark)
Love the retro sounds and the stereo separation. Well, mixed. And that guitar is scorching hot.
Cru
Hi crucethus,
thanks for the tip. I had fixed that compression problem already but did not know about the option to update tracks here. But I found out and uploaded this in better quality.
Thanks for your careful listening.
That note about the guitar made my day ;o)
I really like this, as it reminds me of my days going to see Mike Stern at the Blue note in NYC, and the opening jazz quartettes who made the night interesting. My only gripe is that the percussion is too bright and ably mixed. in those smoky clubs there is a familiar damped tone on the percussion and snares which makes it more attractive, almost seductive. But what a great musical ability you have here.

Ohh that intro. That sounds a bit like Ed´s Alessis in motion. Then the chord progression is sublime. I just finished a wine and cheese and baguette meal with the wife, and I stumbled upon this to wind the evening down. 4:41 is a well needed and perfectly placed breakdown. So very touched by this song tonight. Fav´ed and downloaded at this point, thanks for that.re-builds again. It does not disappoint. Those guitars at then end, is that ED? Brilliant work. and that ending on the bended g-tar string. awesome work my friend!

Hi Steve...pleasure to meet you after quite a long time. Been quite busy with other things lately. Well, would love to have Ed involved in that kind of thing, but I was completely on my own in this case. If there was a single note contributed by Ed, you can be sure I'd give him credits for that..:) I'm really happy for this positive feedback Steve...thank you so kindly !:) Also many thanks for the 'fav' and 'dl'...means alot !
