on Neon Tokyo - My study of Cyberpunk by Allochtune
This time I sat and closed my eyes and right from the off I sensed a game show host with slick hair a neon smile and dancing girls in sparkly shoes aimed at the average family and remembered why I got rid of my telly twenty years ago.
I didn't get all the way through.
Sorry mate but Simon says no.
But, unfortunately the song in its nature is the exact opposite of what you are. But still, I am glad that it triggered the feeling that I tried to transfer. Thank you for your story and your feedback :)

It is very well put together.
Professional even.
You obviously know how to produce music.
The downside for me is it is absolutely soulless.
A bit like the consumer society I feel so uncomfortable living with as I see it devour the planet and its inhabitants.
I was born in a big town did the city living but now live in the mountains.
I am happiest amongst trees and rivers.
To get me anywhere near a neon world you'd have to drag me.
So as you can see I'm biased in the extreme.
Last time I visited London I was convinced I was in an open asylum.
Couldn't wait to get back to my mountains.
So I see a soulless lifeless work of the consumer mentality from a very good producer.
50/50 from me.

Why?
Is it something to do with a style or are you planning on adding to it later?
I ask about style because being a wrinkly I'm out of touch with all these genres and not up to speed with latest styles and ideas.
When you say needs a rapper is that because the rap would more easily become the focal point?
The vocal becoming the main instrument if you like?
I would like to add a rapper just to round out the track, but I do believe the track stands well on it's own. :) Thanks for the comments!

I've discovered that uploading stuff at a low bit rate can render stuff pretty crappy to play on your average cd player in car etc. So headphones are the best for most stuff I would think here and Reverbnation. If you're a cheapskate like me and only have a free Reverbnation account!

Came back for a second shot which I only do if the first listen did something for me.
So this did something positive for me but to be honest I'm not sure what still.
There's a bit of confusion in my head like this is a number of tunes thrown together to become one.
Some nice synth sounds here but something isn't quite right.

I just listened to some of your stuff.
So much potential!
People are listening to your stuff and hardly any comments.
I'm sure it's because you're not mixing things down.
All the tracks in each tune seem to be playing at the same level.
No breaks no pauses no changes.
When you get something going you stick with it and keep it repeating.
I know that place.
It's because your enjoying that moment so much.
There are some great sounds coming from you.
Stop enjoying yourself so much in those headphones.
Stop with the self indulgence and edit your work.
If you do I think more people will stop by and leave comments.
Seriously some great sounding stuff but too chaotic.
as I don't receive pay and just do it for my pleasure,I'm not that concerned
about folks leaving comments and there may not be any listeners that enjoy
my edits. Minimalism-inpressionism is sometimes a tedious genre to listen

Psychedelic for sure but but but it's completely mad!
Somewhere in there is a great track but at the moment it's just a huge onslaught a wall of noise!
There needs to be some breaks some pauses some changes to the wall of sound that is so overpowering I can't get to the end of this!!!!!

Where does the vocal come from?
There's a lot to be said for keeping it uncomplicated and getting this slick clean sound.
