on Progress The Lethal Weapon diss track by hanginghighguy
Well, only thing i can say is, this beat was not made by jsnell.

http://www.shadowville.com/1387/genres/gangsta-beats/stuck-in-the-crossfire

Produced in 2010 by Nick Piccolo AKA 2Deep.

Jsnell just added a movie sample.

Well this aint the first or the last that this'll happen

ok...thanks for the comment about my verses and the work I put in...but hey, it's cool, let's just be Mr. Hipster and only show the your negative side! haha..man...does it make a difference where or who or what the free beat came from? Doubt it...but again, thanks for the comment...

This is ridiculously amazing. The guitars meshed beautifully with each other and with the the rest of the track. Really love the latin feel to it, kinda of like a slow dance at a dance near a beach. Was only disappointed with the ending as it felt like it just stopped. It was still a great track.

Thanks for such a nice review! I liked it a the point where it stopped so I kept it short, sorry. You can always hit the play button again, lol! Sorry for getting back to you so late.

Thanks again,

This track comes at you with a nice atmosphere of the jungle. Love cinematic and tribal-like music, and this does not disappoint.

Hey hey. I kinda feel like I owe you a hundred reviews after your analysis of my track lol.
Man, this is pretty sweet. Its packed with energy, and very punchy. Love the drum switches. It definetely has an intriguing arrangement keeping interest in throughout the track. I might wanna give this a listen before I jump into any type of competition, it really hypes me up haha.
Great job!!
OmarMuk
Really relaxed track, vocals add to that layed back feel. Sweet backing vocals as well. Spelljammer did a great job on this track. Same goes for Allen with the mix and the guitar.
Great Collab and as always, Great Work MM4E!

on Never Early and Never Too Late by TonyKnight
Chilled with a touch of jazz. Indeed a very relaxing track, one that I would roll with in a car. The sax was amazing, really set the mood and made the track complete. The guitar felt like it was floating in the air... an overall amazing track.
Great work and a definite DL.

Oh boy, when this started, it got me really interested. The guitar play was amazing. Not a fan of the screaming but putting opinions aside, I think it worked for the track. I think the singing really needed some help. But still, damn, the musical elements were great especially the guitar.
Great Work and keep em coming.

Great guitar play in this one for sure. You know, the screaming was actually pretty good, I actually liked it.. it was weird but hey it sounded pretty darn good.

hey omar, im glad that you liked it, and the screaming, i didnt even have anything to say to it, but i had a rhythm in my head but no words that would match it so its really just me screaming into a microphone like a loser lol. but all in all it was fun and im glad you listened and reviewed my track and the favor will be returned

on DUST 2 DUST with Bilbozo SongDoc and Chris Vena by Bilbozo
When this track jumped into the guitar and bg vox, it immediately reminded me of nightwish. Your always rocking with these amazing collabs. The lead guitar is wicked and so are the vocals. I dont think this is purely metal, more like a cross of some genres, but amazing nonetheless. Your work never ceases to amaze me.

Stokes said it. I dont think anyone would notice a sore throat.
Very calm and relaxing song, sad also. Everything from the vocals to the music (especially the guitar strums) contributes to a very emotional track.
Great job!

Really nice track. Very smooth flow and voice and your flow is like usual... Amazing!
What separates you from others is clearness in your delivery and the emotion can be felt from it... Its not monotone I guess is the word Im looking for. And who was that singing with you? Her voice works real nicely with yours.
Great job!

Thanks for the kind words - the singing in the background is my sister, she's very talented as well.

on Into the Night by WongKiShoo
Hey you aint lying, this is a great little tune. The intro was smooth and the transitions were smoother. Awesome build-up and some nice melodies in there too. The bass is crazy...guess the genre gives that away haha. Bg is also awesome, kinda surreal. Dont know too much about this genre so cant tell you much else but

this isnt finished as in the musical aspect or in mixing (the upper freq. range felt a bit sharp and packed in some areas) or both?

But anyway, this little bad boy is sure to be something to look out for and im not trying to be nice when i say that... i will be waiting for the finished version so i can dl this haha.

WongKiShoo replied 12th Dec 2011 - 13 years ago

You made a dark track for your wife... what are you trying to tell her especially with that door closing at the end?

Then the strings came and I had to stop it. It was disgusting....
