Agree with the others, I do like that vocal in the mix, excellent vocal chops as well. The synth kind of didn't make sense to me, it almost sounds a bit dubstep like. Ah! but what's this? I'm liking this break down at the 3:12 mark, I'm a sucker for the piano. And is that some glockenspiel added into the mix? Very nice. Now the end synth is what you should expand on, and are the vocals gated/delayed at the end? If it is, you could maybe expand upon that too. Just some suggestions. Great production. peace

I really dig the progression on this like others. It does sound like it needs some tweaking though, specifically at the 2:24 mark when the frantic guitar comes in. Sounds a bit muddy, but it doesn't cause too much friction between hearing the other instruments. Does sound something like a train, maybe's there's multiple doors to heaven(or some place else) and this is one of the train roads there. Idk if that would be possible, but maybe. Very cinematic. Great work here midisparks and designedimpression. (Designed seems to have a habit of deleting his tracks frequently too, you know why?) Anyways, keep up the producing. peace

I know the feeling bro, I have MANY unfinished tracks I simply must get done. I've gotten out of the hiatus from finishing new tracks though. But I liked this man, it has a minimal approach to it and a pretty good arrangement. Some of the sounds fit but some don't. Overall it was solid track, just needs a bit more tweaking I think though. This is pretty sick Spiv. Seriously, this is my fav track of yours since that assault track you used as an entry to my 2nd run of the loop challenge I believe. You should expand deeper on this this particular sound and maybe add some chillout to it. It already has some chillout elements though, which is why I love this. I really don't why i took a break from this site. I've been missing on some really great talent. I agree with the others, this and that feel the rhythm track is real retro sounding. Which is a skillful switch up from some of the usual catalog. Grooving track, everything in this one feels on time and in the zone. Excellent arrangement. So, automatically I dig the reason for this being. I've actually had two friends of mine who died not to far apart actually. Both of them from drug overdose, so this track kind of relates with me. I hope you don't mind the multiple comments but wow really a man huh? That's crazy tweaking with the vocals then, I can hardly tell. The bass wasn't much of an issue with me, and trust me I'm BIG on bass.

But i understand what peril was trying to say in his critique, the rest of the track would definitely flesh out more with an edit to the bass. I didn't think this was even possible for the longest time a year or two ago. (Used to suck at mixing bass)
