very cool track, i liked the development and it sounded great. however, as the listener, it does kinda feel pretty repetitive with just different effects. if you had the melody change up a little bit, this track has huge potential. you did a great job, you just could use a big breakdown to spice things up. keep up the great work!

hey nice track! i love the focus on the piano, its a really good centerpiece for this track, and the ambient effects work really well. i dont know if the drums could fit any better, its a perfect beat for the tempo and mood of the song. it builds great and is a really good listen. you a bit better at me at fine tuning the rough points of your songs, and it shows in this one, i cant point out anything incredibly obvious. the only thing that i would have changed on this song is the ending, it just kinda leaves the listener feeling "its over? wheres the cool bridge/outro of the song?" but despite that, its still very impressive and a great listen. keep it up, maybe messing around in class we can learn some techniques from each other ha.

Hello there Acidizer,

I wanted to thank you for listening to several of my rock type tunes already. I certainly appreciate the comments, as they are welcome....along with amy critizm.

I am at work now and can't easily listen to any of your music until I get home. But rest assurd that I will and give feedback to each one sir.

The computers here at work are basic and some have only snall speakers, so they aren't good to listen thru.

So I am glad you enjoyed the songs. as you may or may not have found out, I also play country, blues and... rock mostly.
I mostly always use drum sets I buy off the Internet, as I am not a drummer. Or if the song is fairly simple, then I can record some with my Korg M-3

If you read my profile or looked at my photo galley, then you can see the various instruments I own and use as needed.
I use Pro-Tools for all my productions as I never started with a adifferent pgm.

Has a big learning curve, but the results I get myself are pleasing to my ears at least.
OK..take care.....Oh..say..one more thing,,if you are into heavy metal at all..and I am not really myself...take a listen to 'Heavy Metal Highway".
That seems to be the favorite of most here.
Thanks again..
Randy.

Hi there Acidizer.....
I very much appreciate your listening and reviewing this tune. Must be it came up under the 'Featured box' as it has been out for a little while.
I haven't made much of any music at all since that Techo-Trance tune. I have been really busy at work on the night shift at 12 hours a night, and no days off! So...no new music. :-(

So no worries..I will start again in mid December. I think I'll run back to my country roots and produce a modern country instrumental with the use of my Emmond Pedal Steel...it is sitting in the corner feeling neglected.

Thanks again man, and I will listen to some of your tracks as well in a couple days...as I am at work now ...again.

Interesting song you have hear. i like your courage to do a screamo song. i might just do one myself (i have already done a couple of screaming acapellas.) i just gotta write something worthy of it lol. its an nice idea you got going in this track. all it really needs is a little more polishing and it would be great

its a pretty sweet sounding song, but work on mastering the track to a level that speakers can handle. i definately worried about my speakers while listening to this. dont let your song clip, try just turning the volume down some and see what happens.

interesting track, good use of the virtual instruments. however, your biggest problem with this track is not production or anything like that, its that the track is a bit boring. its not catchy enough to turn heads, and its not complex enough for me to say, oh thats really cool. good idea, it just needs more to it.

on First Rock Hard by GameboiX
this is a interesting track, i love the bass in this song, but the fl slayer style guitar just doesnt really do it for me (its hard to get that to ever sound good) the idea you got here is sweet, it just could use someone throwing some real guitar on it instead. anyway it was a good listen and good luck in the future!

on C is for Crunk by Masterpeace
this is awesome stuff here! great use of those synths and the timing of everything sounded great. lots of good details. just watch your levels some when mastering, i heard some distortion on some of those bass hits. it was a great listen though i enjoyed it

on Redemption by jts5676
pretty cool track here, it was an interesting listen. it does need a bit clean up though, it sounds almost like your trying to do too much with this one. be careful with your mix, and make sure you are as precise as possible, as even just a fraction of a second can mess a whole sound up. but this was a good starting point and i wish you luck

p.s. if you find any loops or samples similar to a day to remember or senses fail, definately let me know. i need some too haha

on Mighty Oak & The Woodpecker by Hugobian
pretty sweet sound you got here. the highlights of this song are the guitar and a couple of the synths you have. this is pretty good stuff. the only think i would suggest is improving your drums. other than that this track is great

this is pretty sweet. i like the guitar rhythm you got there, its very good. my only suggestion is turn the volume on the drums and bass down a slight bit, that way you give the guitar a little more attention. seriously though its a great idea you got here

this song is really catchy! i like it.
the lyrics are exactly what i expected when i heard the song title. the guitar and drums are very, very impressive. the only thing that you could use work on is the vocals, but hey, its still an awesome track. good job!
