another track of exceptional quality, fire bass John, standout in fact. great vocal, a great slow precious start and into that slighter high as you praise your lord and saviour, a true breath of fresh air to our ears on LM irrelevant of your belief to hear two guys singing from their hearts, extremely talented musicians playing too, keep spreading your love gents, it catches hold, truly what is not to like here, absolutely nothing....... like the Edwin Starr song War, say it again, absolutely nothing :))

Thank you so much for the incredible feedback, Dimestop! Im really glad you enjoyed the track. Johns bass work truly shines; I wish I could play half as well as he does, haha! It means a lot to hear that the vocals and heartfelt message resonated with you. Were committed to spreading that love in every way we can! Your support means the world to us here on Lopperman and beyond

on VT Nights x KayOS - Tic Toc by Kayos2
i forgot to mention, i loved the side drum marching beat, i was a sea cadet when i was young, i joined the band, and quickly became the tipper, yeah you guessed side drum, i had to play constant the lead, other drums can have breaks, i played at Navy days in Portsmouth at HMS Collingwood the biggest parade training ground in Europe, the navy band were playing too there was 5,000 soldiers also it was amazing i was 15
Kayos2
Kayos2 replied 28th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
That explains why so hot on keeping on the beat! Chapeau my friend, that's a talent. BTW, I used to work with armed forces a few years back Kay0s

nice track guys like how Kay approached this, its like a fairy tale, that leaves you dreaming something like Disney would do, i like that its different because its original piece the vocals sound great together and the music and production speak for themselves well done guys really nice work and a good listen

Bless you - I thought about you when I did that rap - rapping is an Art! When you have a crack yourself, you realise who is good at it and how good and you are a brilliant rapper! Can you imagine, lil 'ol Kay0s matching beat with emotion! Fortunately, I have a VERY patient producer and musical director! Fairytale..I love that fantasy angle. Thank you so much for your encouragement! Kay0s

the comment section is appalling on this site, quite frankly the restrictions are a stupid idea the place is a shambles everyone's give up on it the update is absolutely garbage it says 3000 for a reply i get the limit exceeds 1000 then underneath min3 max3000 WTF admin are shite and aren't interested there more interested in their sponsors than the people and artist that give them the money they make, all we get is a useless platform with pretty colours its about to die a death in my opinion
ValveDriver
ValveDriver replied 27th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
Yeah. There are a lot of bugs since the update. But I don't really think it's going to die. At least I hope not. I guess that depends one whether or not Shan listens to the people and makes some changes accordingly. I guess we'll see.

otherwise you fear for the rest of your days waiting for the clip to click, then bang, your done, breathless. like this piece, takes your breath away quality mix and transitions, great sound, the music is the selling point the vocal clip is a great placement and the choir is lit, it sounds great on both speaker and headset mate back to back listens, had me poppin and strobing bro top top job.
ValveDriver
ValveDriver replied 27th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
Paul, how are you, friend? Well, I hope.
I will say that since I've been here, I have learned that the Valvedriver brand has definitely carved out a signature sound. It's been said that it does carry through in whichever genre I go with. Funny thing is, I can hear it, I can feel it, but I have no idea where exactly it comes from or even how to pinpoint it.
The choir bit in this track is from one of my favorite pieces, "Miserere mei, Deus". Although I'm not religious, (rather anti-religious, actually), it's still such a powerful piece. I had to use it.
I'm glad to hear that it sounds good on multiple systems To be honest, I've been pretty lazy about double checking on all my different tester systems. I just shoot it out there and hope for the best. lol.
Always good to hear from you, mister.
Take care.
Aaron.

Aaron I'm not yet 4 years in, you have been a regular listen for me, you also linked me to your older tracks too, so i know exactly what to expect from you, i love the industrial and metal elements in your pieces always, add the electronic edge too, its your own distinct style, we are friends and you always compliment me when i add darkness to work, which i love and respect because you always add from the man who does nothing but dark :))) this isn't dark, this is death, you shot me six times in the track that hardy bitch popping off shots, a track off fear and menace, when the dark lord V speaks you listen,

great cover Mickey, i love this track too, love your vocal production, you sound really good and done the track justice, you made it your own, really enjoyed the listen, oh yeah baby

Micky replied 26th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
Thank you Paul, it may be too pop for many people here, but I just had to do it because I've wanted to do it for years and now it's happened. But ultimately it's just an exercise in singing in multiple voices and mixing them. It's also a prime example of the classic structure of a pop song with verse, bridge, chorus, etc.
Cheers,
Micky

great intro are love the wind blowing behind the guitar. as all th rock elements and the magic metal riffs, fire bass bro, really cuts through, the mid frequencies are spot on everything is clearly heard, the drum track is lit too great kick and snare the distortion in place sounds top notch, that vox was a massive surprise, but so F#ckin good with the lead behind it then it just busts open again, you can clearly see this track meant a lot to you and the work you put it can be heard, and matching up the outro to the intro with the wind was a fine finish, stand up proud bro and take the desrved props, and why the f#ck not, i'll try anything i'll collab on a track with ya screaming like a banshee lol, remember Ozzy is from my City.

ValveDriver replied 12th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
Thanks, Paul. I appreciate the kind words.
Funny thing about the "wind" is that when I was making that, my original intent was to recreate the sound of an ultrasound picking up a heartbeat. But as I was tweaking the settings, I got distracted for a minute and when I got back to it, the "wind" sound was still playing and I really liked it, so I went with it. I guess the ultrasound thing will be for another project, huh?
Take care.
V.
