ive been to your country twice on holiday mate, and loved it, i also remember 30 years ago my sons first holiday abroad he was 2, we went to Alcudia , our barman was a Greek man about 50 from Athens told me he was away from his family for 8 months a year, he was behind that bar at 9am and still there at 12pm midnight tiding up, we was so kind and nice to us, he was to everyone, he said it was his priority to make everyones holiday i highlight they would remember forever, im here 30 years later telling you, what a great holiday that was

It is great having nice memories from my country Paul. On my side I still remember a superb pediatric surgeon Dr. Ball, in England. He was excited with our still connected to its ancient roots language (I happened to use the word exanthema instead of rash). He was a modest super scientist, highly experienced who gave back life to a child that nowadays is a champion runner in his category here in Greece. So my memories from your country are warm too as you see.
Thanks for the feedback
Wish you the best, Anthony

Hello Paul
Thanks so much for listening to my music and of course for commenting. Glad to see you liked it. I know it is not fully deployed but I think you get the main idea out of it. My intention has been to create calm and nostalgic music, with Greece in mind and sea (lots of Greeks live by the sea and that in many cases means away from home).
Best wishes, Anthony

on VT nights x KayOS - Who Are You by Kayos2
great work Oli, i love the contrast between the vocal and the spoken, they are tight together, crystal clear, Kay sounds great and your voice is great too, very commanding, who are you is a great line, i ask myself that all the time, another really good piece guys, the long hours paid off, its balanced everything sits were you would want it the music is really leading, like it takes you round a corner and then thers another corner and so on every step your asking who am i, and i also think its got a pet shop boys west end town vibe, i dont no why because its so different but thats what i get, that didn't do to bad either, so a big compliment, nice work
Kayos2
Kayos2 replied 4th Sep 2024 - 1 year ago
hi Dime

nice trap Legendary, got all the hallmarks drums synths and vibe, and @2.22 its not a mammoth listen cos lots are 5-6 mins long, not that i have an issue with track length, i dont if the music's good, irrelevant of genre, just mentioned it cos it was refreshing, nice work and great sound too

on Electric Cicada by ValveDriver
Aaron its refreshing to hear something different, metal is under represented on here, it was never my thing growing up, i appreciate it more now, the guitar riffs the basslines great musicians, this has big sound and was a great listen with plenty of change ups to keep the interest, great vibe too im zoned out
ValveDriver
ValveDriver replied 1st Sep 2024 - 1 year ago
Metal is under represented on here. I agree completely. I started listening to metal in sometime around 1985. Back when it was still in it's infancy. Everyone always said, "you'll grow out of it." The joke's on them! Here it is almost 40 years later and I still love it just as much as day one!
I'm glad you liked the song even though it's not exactly your preferred genre. Thanks for taking the time to listen to it, brother. As always, I appreciate the comment as well.

Take care.

nice flow bro, im assuming its you, is the beat yours too? if it isn't you wanna give the beatmaker his credit too, if you jumping on their beats, its a good track that you made but credit were credit is due to everyone involved, remember your the one in the spotlight, your beatmaker let you have that light give them their respect too, if it is your beat just ignore what i said lol,

on VT Nights x KayOS - Blue moon by Kayos2
no music yet Kay, i was just thinking along a dry vocal delivered how you see fit, then FX could be laid reverb delay somewhere around 80 to 100 BPM so it can be time stretched and reducing the release will make the words clear, or maybe it could be the start of another 3 way as it has all our names, i could expand on that verse and bring in words or themes you and Oli like to talk about too, just food for thought really nothing is paramount, my confidence is racing and the connections ive built help me to ask someone to do a particular thing, instead of me trying to find what im looking for, if i know what i want and pass my thoughts on correctly the result is better and easier to achieve and not just grabbing a loop that thousands before will have used, we are talented and original so we do it ourselves, thats my motto :))
Kayos2
Kayos2 replied 29th Aug 2024 - 1 year ago
