on NO TITLES - Miaouu by LINEARFADE
thats a lovely piece of music Chris but i would class it as more like soft rock, the guitar work is brilliant, surprising there was no vocal as you have great voices, is there a plan for a vox or are you going to leave it as an instrumental, either way its a great piece and a good listen, you said it never made the album, maybe a vocal will change things and it could be a filler on the next album lol

on Left Unread by Antronical
i thought I'd commented on this piece the other day, oh, well, I'm here now, this is an impressive work bruv, the music is fresh but to take three unrelated vocals with no connection to one another is truly impressive because it sounds like they could be in the same room, as a vocalist myself, i am actually blown away by that fact alone, it takes alot to get a heart from me even if I think your work is brilliant, and I love you as a person, I only give a heart when I am stunned, you don't need check bruv, you got one, great skillz on show for sure

on You by Tushwoski-AOTS Remix v1 by AOneTrackStudio
AOne, be extremely proud of yourself, this is a good piece bruv, Tushwoski vocal is good, the mix and arrangement are also on point, it really makes no difference that i don't understand the lyrics the vibe speaks for itself and i enjoyed listening to your track, nice work

AOneTrackStudio replied 26th May 2026 - 22 hours ago
You know its funny that you say that because I really didnt understand a lot of the lyrics either, but I kind of just went with the flow that the Vocalist had laid down and I came up with the track. Thank you so much for taking time to listen to it. I Appreciate it.

Hey, thank you so much for this LM rap-god. I really appreciate the support and kind words, it honestly means a lot.
Sorry to hear about the sciatica, I hope you recover fully and smoothly. Good to hear youre almost there though. And honestly, sun and music sounds like the perfect combo for the week eh.

BTW I love your videos on YouTube too, so free-spirited, even in your steps you spread the love.

on Ocean by ManuelaB
you know over the last couple of month, i just thought theirs something here that sparkles, I've always loved you for your beautiful voice and true professionalism and we have a warm friendship, I have pointed to certain things in other track of yours recently too, it is possibly Gaby's presence that i have noticed now you mention it, and now fully integrated, that is a plus for you all, pass on my mention to Gaby, and of course I listened again to this wonderful piece and you are well aware I was born 10 mins from the sea front, I was a sea cadet and when i worked on the holiday camps, i was literately 30 seconds from the sea front, the ocean has always spoke to me, i would like to end my days by the sea front too, but not for another 10 years tho, as it is far to quiet off season for me yet, when i worked Minehead and lived there in a wood & glass chalet on the hill, with my Ex- wife, girlfriend at the time, it was right inside Exmoor, wild stags and dears were regular visitors to our gardens etc, i was on the high street, the busiest rd, it was a frosty Sunday morning, i was the only person in town, long before Sunday trading was a thing, i was going to a friends apartment, but that might just suit me in 10 year lol

Hi my friend,
what you wrote was truly kind, and it touched me. These little life stories we sometimes get to read here mean a lot to me. Some of them inspire me so deeply that I try to weave those thoughts into songs always anonymous, of course. But I believe that one or two people who listen to our music and pay attention to the lyrics might recognise a small part of themselves in a song.

This community inspires me, and I try to give something back through my arrangements. Even though, if I am honest, I know that what we do does not really fit the usual style here. Not because we think we are better not at all but simply because we are more on the commercial side.

Still, this place is full of wonderful people, enthusiasts, lone fighters, and outstanding musicians. Over the years, real friendships have grown here like the one with you, and with a few others. That is beautiful. That is valuable.

Let us see what the future brings.
Warm greetings,
Manuela

on Ocean by ManuelaB
loved this reworking Manuela, I can't remember the original's finish, but this sounds really polished the guitar intro is great, in fact the guitar is the stand out instrument, even tho I love the drums too, they are not over the top just a solid presence right through, and the vocal's are of course outstanding, the layout is good too with great spacing top work Angelica,
good luck with the album, you all deserve it, a very nice listen on a beautiful day

Hi Paul,
well, it has been quite a few years since the original version. What really changed is the style and the level of perfection. Over the years we have all gained a lot of experience in production and musical vision.
But apart from that, the song is still very close to the old one.
You know we now have a new studio with far more production possibilities, and of course that gives the final result an extra shine.
And for some months now, Gaby Bauer has become a fully integrated part of our team, perfect on vocal, keys and guitar, and a wonderful support for our two long time guitarists.
Thank you, my friend, for your words.
Warm greetings,
Manuela

on Back to you feat Nuela and True Sister Band by AnthonyAttard
I wanted to reply to you direct, so sorry to here of your fall and the arm damage, i broke my shoulder about 20 years ago, i was f#cked for 6 month after 2 months they gave me physio exercises, i told them i was in agony they said i had to do them, i week later i had a new scan, i had delayed union and the physio had damaged it further it should off still be strapped to my body so you cant move it, hence 6 month recovery afterwards and I was in agony. but, come on Anthony this track is so joyous, its like pain relief for us both eh!

i hope you have no issues and recover speedily yourself, we have had a few falls and trips in the community recently Rita, you, me, lets hope thats it for the time being my friend.

Thank you, Paul.
It's so nice to receive such direct and genuine feedback, as real as if we were sharing a coffee and chatting about everyday things.
I hope things keep improving. At first, I didn't realize how bad the injury was, but within a few hours it swelled up and bruises spread across my palm and forearm. Now that the swelling has reduced and movement is better, the main issue is the pain, especially with rotational movements. It's getting better, though I think some physiotherapy sessions might be helpful, if not necessary. Thanks again for your support.
Warm Greetings from Greece, Anthony

My brother is just so talented, we've known it for years, but I truly feel happy whenever he gets recognition or when others in the community give props to his talent. Of course us as vocalists bring the power, my brother just knows what to do, every time. We appreciate your support, Paul. And I know he does

Hey Paul
I am sorry to read that you are still in so much pain.
I feel you.
The pain is hell, but so are all the limitations you have now.
The angry feelings you sometimes have... I know them.
Hopeful because you have less pain for a while, dejected and angry because the pain is intense again and you wonder if this is really going to be your future.
I hope the music gives you a little distraction too.
We will run together towards better times, Paul, hang in there.
Thanx for your compliment and i will wait for your new track.

on Equality come back to me Extended mix by crucethus
a cracking piece Steven, it felt dystopian the intro to me then full on dance nice guitar drop, is truly painting a picture with sound, the intro was flame, the change ups are great, love the little key tinkles, the vox was tight but should of come earlier the track deserves a full vox, my first look at the time was 4.46, it felt like 2 mins tho, almost 6 mins flew by, so i played it again

nice remix bruv, just listened and commented on the original which is a great track, i can see the little differences you have brought, the guitars are a great add, so my comments on that track are relevant here too, you have handled it gently and not totally turned it on its head but just added another layer of niceness, nice work PaperKup

on Tears Of Champions Ft Richard Shekari by DanMed
it was always gonna work guys, just look at the two artist involved, great drive and a banging drum, layout and structure are both in place, good EDM, i know whats good in this genre, this is, its authentic considering its two genres you don't expect coming together to create not only a good track but a dancer too, impressive guys, did it surprise me, no it didn't, nothing on this platform surprises me anymore, with an anything is possible attitude, anything is possible, the vision in our community is astounding, great collaboration.
AND to Richard, your vocal has been used quite a lot of late gracing different genres, this shows your words are getting thro and heard, you have sounded accomplished in all too, which should give you further believe in your music path too bruv, good share Dan

on Higher by PaperKup
this is so freaking good, it is only an introduction to a much bigger piece, i pictured it instantly 0n 0.45 seconds the bass would hit huge drums for 4 bars then a two step closed hat would be introduced, a rim shot on the 8 and a perc or two for balance, then keys strings and brass as its body and melody added in stages until all the instruments are involved and equally for change one instrument could be dropped for 4 bars, at intervals, this is a great piece to tempt artist to add to lads incredibly cinematic it painted pictures in my mind straight away, beautiful solid foundations to build around and it should be an encourager for artist to take up, great building block for ideas to sparkle, I assume that is your strategy and thinking behind it, full credit guys, these little tasters are great to help grow our strong community and bring artists together and sharing, that is the true spirit of the platform

on 11 - I KEEP MOVING LIKE STAYING WOULD KILL ME by LINEARFADE
love the acoustic work Chris, the whole instrumentation is quality. Nadine's voice is gorgeous, an emotional delivery that is gentle and warm with a vulnerability, but it burst into life too, with power lines of wanting to belong, love that line 'I talk to strangers like they know me'
we all do that here really lol, but when you build friendships you tend to feel the stories your friends sing about, the words resonate with me, my mum was murdered when i was 15, i have always struggled with it mentally, i have always searched for the answers, they never came but when i found music, i found an outlet to relieve the hurt i carry and finding that needing to belong was a long Journey for me, until i found LM, this is were i feel i belong with friends i can talk to and a platform that lets us perform, this a great work, well done Team Linearfade, a great listen at 1am and of course I've got a scotch Chris a nice 12 year old malt I'm sipping as i listen along :-)

My dear friend,
The feeling of familiarity and friendship is absolutely mutual. I am sincerely sorry for the tragic story you shared with me. Unfortunately, the world is dark much like the city we sing about. Most of our songs come from real experiences, stories behind true events that, one way or another, all of us have lived through at this age. Sometimes in tragic ways, sometimes in quieter and more indifferent ones. We are truly happy that our music is able to carry these images to the listener, and that, even for just a few minutes, it can make them feel like the protagonist of what they are hearing. And perhaps even more important is receiving positive comments from musicians and producers of your level. Personally, I thank you for your friendship. Our album is almost finished, but the memories, experiences, and emotions we managed to express through it are not. Often, after a recording session, we would go out for a drink and none of us would speak at all. It affected us very deeply. Let me tell you a little secret: all the lyrics were originally written in Greek. The Greek language is very beautiful, very rich, and has wonderful ways of expressing emotion. The choice was intentional. Later, with Steve who is a native English speaker we translated them and adapted them so they could be set to a piano and guitar arrangement. So, as the Greek person who originally wrote those lyrics, I felt even more strongly the weight of what we needed to convey to the listener. It seems that we succeeded, judging from the comments of our friends here. I have been around LM almost since its foundation. I made many friendships and collaborations here. Back then, our group had a different name, then we disappeared for a while and became inactive, but I always felt this place was also my home. You are a true bon viveur, as we say here in Italy, with your fine whiskey and your appreciation for quality and enjoyment. I am happy for you, my friend stay well. You know, my niece lives in Portsmouth. Perhaps one day, when I come there, we may manage to meet, even if only for a whiskey or a session at a studio stage.
With appreciation and friendship,
Chris and all of us from the band.
