on Ode To The Night Wind with ShortBusMusic by Tumbleweed
great work Ed, I totally agree with Cru about yours and Bears contribution to the community, long gone are the old days when loads took part and everyone of us have grown from our group that shared a good bond, again a great piece well produced working off of the piano loop, two of our truly old-schoolers showing they still got it, hope you both keep good, nice work lads

Hi Dimestop. Thanks for stopping by and for the kind comments. I think there used to be a bit more communication and get to know you going on in times past, It seemed that more people were willing to offer suggestions too. But much of what used to be has changed so we just gotta move with it or unplug. Keep on doing your thing my friend. Best to you and yours. Ed

on Slow groove V2 by Indieground
nice intro, and the drop to melody was nice, the transition was cool too, changing it up after 4 bars always something happening and you also used the very beginning of your transition on your outro, keeps it balanced nice relaxing chill out piece on a hot day in the UK, well done

Tumbleweed replied 9th Jul 2026 - 2 days ago
good to hear from you mate and my thanks for the very generous comments. Sciatica is one ugly affliction. I have had it for about 15 years so I know its no fun. Still putter with my music although not as often as I cant seem to just quit. I have a tune I built around one of our friend Bears piano loops that I posted on SC but didnt get around to posting on LM I will try to get up this week. I have just gotten really lazy about follow up. Keep doing your thing old friend and I do hope your sciatica lets up for you. All the best. Ed

on Between - the Waves the Wind and the Wings by JAI26
James that is a beautiful piece you played, the backing cinematic music is really nice too, there was a peace and solitude about it, very calming to listen to with the seagulls and the tide washing in, i was born 10 mins from the sea, i worked on the southwest coast for 3 years, now I live in the UK second city, no coastline for miles, but its 34 C and humid, i listened to this with my eyes closed and thought about past days by the sea, and i hope one day to retire by the sea

on Summer Escape by Asociale
bruv this is a knocking piece, i have liked all the work you bring, i still have Kiana and the vox just not done it but i will, sciatica that's all but I,m recovering now.
your comment on Paperkups track, if you want to collab on something we can do bro, hit me up on my personal mail in my profile, give me a subject you would like to do and I'll do a vox for you, or just write a track based on the music you send, thats where my inspiration comes from, how it makes me feel, i love collabing with our people, so anytime bruv
i was born 10 mins drive from the sea, i love swiming in the sea and snorkelling, the ocean speaks to me, i could stare at it for hours, nice piece
Asociale
Asociale replied 8th Jul 2026 - 4 days ago
Yo bro thank you for your feedback! I very appreciate it! Don't worry about Kiana's stuff, it's not the main thing and I'm not on the rush with it haha, take your time and recover bro, that's more important!
I really liked your collab, is that your vox? To understand what I mean I can suggest you to listen to the best (for me) Future Garage artist - Vacant. Particularly his track "Southbound (Original Mix)", approximately at 1:55 starts bridge with a speech, which makes the track soooo stylish and tough. I create music not fast and if I need your help I'll write to you right away bro. I appreciate such opportunities to be a part of music community and Looperman's one ofc. Thanks to ya!

nice work Steven i love the way it just builds and builds with new elements coming in as it moves on, the instruments sit tight with that great driving drum beat and cymbal smashes, cool change down for the outro, it was a great listen and great standards from you as usual bruv, hope your well Cru I'm still struggling with sciatica but improvements are being made but slowly, its a bloody awful illness thats what i do know the pain is 24/7 and extremely uncomfortable too
crucethus

Hey Paul. Thanks. I decided to put 6 tracks on a 10inch vinyl EP. Some of the newest tunes will be on this, as well as the song I made 2 yrs ago as a tribute to my now deceased Mother. I plan on sending a copy to my sister for next Christmas, but not tell her that it's coming. My wife treated me for our anniversary by buying me the two albums of Angine de Poitrine. I feel for you with sciatica. My knees have been awful, especially when it's humid or raining, which it has been quite a bit this year. I was reading some comments on your last release, and I like the thoughts you have on when you make music, you have this mental picture of trying to hold up to the new standard that you have reached. I can tell you with certainty that we all have that drive and expectation when creating music. What I have noticed though is that there are periods in time where I am better or get into a zone, and others where I feel like I am floundering. The one lesson I have learned over the years is that when it's not happening, don't sweat it. Take a break. I saw the Madonna interview with Grahmn Norton. The one thing she said, which I think rings true with many artists, is that when you're not trying purposely to create something, that's when the magic happens.

good evening Mark, we have been friends for a long time and i know what to expect from your sound, it is uniquely your own style of Jazz full of pzazz, all the instruments always have their space and play wonderfully together there is the funky element too great drums also, your production skills are of the highest of standards, you are an extremely talented guy and you are more than willing to share your experience with others too, we are lucky to have you in our community, its almost midnight, i'm off work with my sciatica watching France whooping Sweden in the World Cup on silent, whilst listening to your 7 min piece the games done, i am a huge football fan probably more than music, i just hope I'm happy watching England tomorrow, this is where the competion really starts, the knockout stage, great work by you as always mate, a pleasure to listen to

on I am Strong - Richard Shekari by JAI26
James what a lovely track, you really have delivered Richards vocal exceptionally well here. it sits right in the centre of your musical work, great guitar and drums too everything fits so good, the sound production is top draw, you really have captured and delivered Richards particular vibe with aplomb as Richard has told me on many occasions, he's not trying to convert anyone to his faith he sings about HIS feelings towards his personal guide in life and you have kept that feeling he portrays in his own work, I'm not religious in the slightest, but have my beliefs, but I like Richards message he's an authentic guy and I'm sure he will be pleased with this piece and he has everything to be pleased as it paints the picture of him personally and you couldn.t of got much closer, very well done my friend

Dime, thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. It really means a lot.

This Looperman community has been great so far, and I'm really enjoying being a part of it. If I remember correctly, the loop creator is from France, Richard is from Nigeria, and I'm in the United States. It's amazing that the three of us were able to create this track together from different parts of the world.

This project was a lot of fun for me, and I'm grateful I had the opportunity to be a part of it. I hope to collaborate on more projects like this with others in the future. Thanks again for taking the time to listen and leave such an encouraging comment.

dear brother wonderful intro children playing and laughing, they our our tomorrows, in todays society they are expected to grow up fast, too fast, in my opinion, i say let them be kids just teach them respect, and they'll do well.
your message always shines thro whichever genre you choose to deliver it, your message never waivers about our lord God, you spread positiveness always, you are both highly and warmly regarded by our community for your contribution, and I consider you a worthy friend and colleague and enjoy listening and sharing with you, and you never disappoint me either, keep being you bruv, i like ya just the way you are

My dear brother, thank you. Your words are deeply humbling.
A few years ago, I worked at an IDP camp in Maiduguri, Borno State in the north eastern part of Nigeria during the height of the Boko Haram insurgency. Every morning when I arrived, the children would rush to the entrance to welcome me. They barely let me make it to the small room that served as my office. This went on for months because we made sure to spend time playing together, and every Friday I always brought enough sweets and biscuits for everyone. I think the candy made them want me around all the time haha, amazing kids they were.
The truth is, those children gave me courage and joy. Even though it was a very dangerous environment at the time, their laughter, smiles and resilience taught me far more about life than I could ever have taught them. That is why I chose to open the song with childrens laughter, to remind us of the innocence, hope and joy we should cherish for as long as we can.
Thank you as well for your unwavering encouragement and for seeing the heart behind the songs. If there is one thing I pray never changes, it is that every song continues to point people back to our Lord.
I am honoured to call you both a friend and a colleague. Your support has encouraged me more than you probably realise. Thank you, brother, and may God continue to bless you richly.
Also, I apologise for the late reply. My wife and I are expecting our second baby any day now, so I have been busy doing daddy duties, hospital visits and running around getting all the baby essentials. It is such an exciting time, but I would be lying if I said it is not a little stressful too. I have even taken my one-month annual leave from my 9 to 5 so I can be home full time and be there for my family.
How are you coping with the back pain? I pray the Lord restores your health and strengthens you. Please know I keep you in my thoughts and prayers here as well.
Lets continue to keep each other in prayer, brother.

on We The People by TheFrenZ
Frans this is fire bruv, great vocal, seriously impressed, nothing wrong with your pronunciation, good work on the mix and production too, I love a protest song, I've done enough myself, protest are good bruv, if we didn't protest they would trample on us harder, its they that keep us divided so they can control us better that way, globalization was pushed hard like it would save everybody and make us all richer and learn from each others cultures, now we have country after country complaining about its own identity, because of mass migration, the worlds in a sorry place at the moment, wars raging, they always say they learn from the mistakes, yet keep making them and the majority keep putting up with it because they haven't got a choice, politicians are the problem not the people and COVID was a perfect example of how so few can control the rest of us quite easily, the powers that be have us right were they want bruv, its all about power and greed, we are controlled, only wild animals really have freedom, until a human hunts them down and eats them of course, i always ask questions so I'm prepared for the worst, keep on protesting my friend, its your right
TheFrenZ
TheFrenZ replied 22nd Jun 2026 - 2 weeks ago
Thanks Paul, glad you like this one. Wanted to do my own lyrics, you use to penn, I set behind my DAW and recorded the phrases, nothing on paper, just wrote down the sentences in a lyrics track after the words got recorded, even the radio part just sprout from my brain, needed only two takes for that. A strange mind I have, able to create texts like this but not a decent sentence about "feeling" things ;)
