Thanks alot for the appreciation bro, means alot coming from you.

The philosophist deserves all the credit for this one, his pella inspired all aspects of the instrumental, even the beat!

(bassline was my own imagination ;))

Thanks alot for taking the time my friend, I really appreciate it. Not too many people speak out like you do, so a thumbs up from you means alot. Thanks again bro!

on between the folds by mcskynard
another solid production my friend! Everythings as it should be. Thats what I like about your stuff...it's produced fully when you post it so all I have to do is listen. No recommendations are needed other than make more! I hate to see people post stuff and say its minimalistic because they are too lazy to make it a proper song!

25 plays... 21 downloads...not one f'in review! I hate users...you know the ones.... gimmie gimmie gimmie...nothing in return to tell you that this is freakin great!! Dude...6am head bangin!! Way to start the day! This is perfect. I usually go by what Hear in my head...at the start I was listening and thought "ok cue the energy" and BAM, you did! Same with the guitar..." Ok cue the balls"...bam!!! Nice clean production, great drums, panned, mastered...complete! Be proud of this fam!

on slow by AngelaSheik
This is fantastic! It's not what you have, it's how you use it....and you have used what you have very nicely! I would recommend a bassline.... a soft upright bass just to give it another layer of deep undertones for the melody to ride on.

on Heart To Heart (Tacatta) by AllenV
I bow to you oh great master of the tele. This is great! You really got a lot of heart and soul in your playing! Are you mic'd (what amp) or straight interface (what DAW)... cause the amp sounds great...all thats missing is the buzzing (Fender joke).
AllenV
AllenV replied Unknown
Hey DJ...yes,believe it or not it is the Zoom G2.1u.I'll tell you,it's not my fx of choice but it's all I have and it's all in there if you turn enough knobs.
I play it direct into a Tascam dp-008 porta studio and then mix the tracks into Audacity out to mp3.
That's how I record everything.the recorder even has little built in mics for the acoustic stuff.
And I do have to work extra, extra hard to get rid of the hum :)

Thanks my friend!

on Me Scratching on Turntables by djquickrick
Theres nothing wrong with MP3 scratching...its really caught up to vinyl! People are actually scratchin on casettes these days, but nothing beats Qbert on vinyl in my eyes! Great job!If ya get a chance check out my scratching track Slim Slacker. I used an Axiom 25 midi controller to do my scratching!
djquickrick
djquickrick replied Unknown
Thanks for listening. I agree about Qbert. He is king. MP3 sxcratching is a great tool as well. It sure saves money! I use software for that too. It really opens doors for extra creativity. But for ultimate control, nothing beats turntables. Even Qbert acknowledges that. Thanks again.

on show maker by bete
yep nice little transition! It's a bit on the slower bpm side for my stuff. you should leave a 32 bar of just the beat at the intro/outro for smooth Beatmixing on the fly and this would easily work into one of my (or any other beatmixing DJs) sets!

Crash This is freakin great man. Hard to keep that bpm up on a flo! I think the intro is too long though and should jump into the meat sooner IMO...but great track regardless and I dig it!

on 12 String Jam + 6 String marmalade by DanielGtrman
Man Daniel...this is sweet! Now your talking my language! This sounds like my studio when I'm practicing for church cause I use a Boss loop pedal on my Taylor and play leads over top of myself to sound a little fuller (better). SO it always turns into an acoustic jam... and the wife will come in and say ..."is that what your playing sunday?" to which I say " No I'm just warming up"....then I usually do end up rocking out when they collect the offering.... cause thats just who I am! I really enjoyed this and hope to hear more like it from you!
