Im always there for one of your songs, dude, no debate there. This one has healing properties man, id swear it does. ive been dragging the last few hours, im exhausted from getting over the flu. but i feel like Ive gotten a second wind, maybe even inspired a bit. its been awhile since ive used elements similar to what tends to come from your work... i use the word work losely, I imagine its more like a short journey for u when u sit down with a guitar, and so a journey for the listener as well. as always, well done. - Aaron

I can certainly understand the thought and intention of a song like this, Ive
done my fair share of them. My old lady cant handle it if i go too long without composing something for here these days, and this has given me an idea for that. Thank u for that, and well done, as well.

When someone with alot of raw talent eventually finds their groove, the sweet spot, so to speak, of their musical ability, and then branches out in all directions from there, their versatility becomes hard to match. Its easy to forget that Any dude could bang on a guitar all day long and not make a single note that commands any attention. That is why, for me, listening to the music you are making now leaves me in a bit of awe sometimes. One couldnt buy experience or musical personality even if one wanted to, congratulations on putting in the work and achieving results man. Lovely.

This one took me surprise. The lyrics have a desperate humanity to them, and a strong sense of dignity. Thats honestly a trademark of many of your songs, not just this one. And having a real message at all is something that alot of today's music lacks, and I commend u for holding onto values and beliefs in the face of an increasingly distant and cold world. Im not a stranger to those feelings myself. But Ive been terrified of the metal skeletons from the Terminator movies since I was a kid, so technology such as A.I. disturbs me in a very Need-a-therpist kinda way lol. Im really glad that Ive had the unique journey through music that I have - Ive had my time with performing live, being in a band and havingsome of our songs professionally recorded, My time as a performing DJ, Time as a stage Tech, even played some acoustic sets covering Alice In Chains & STP songs with an incredible singer. Ive had a taste of music life before technology really took over the industry, and I appreciate that more and more everyday. Your song gave me these thoughts, so I thought Id share them with u. The best artists are always humble, Richard. Your vocals are where u shine, but your are certainly no novice. Much of the stuff that u learn about vocals, such as keys etc, apply to other areas of music, as well. It gives u a head start, so to speak. I attended Vincennes school of Music for a single semester years ago, but I learned alot more about bong hits and beer funnels than anything else lol. I learned more of what i know about music theory on my own as a guitarist and later as a DJ. I feel your past experiences prepared u well for your current endeavors. When it comes to learning, that never stops for any of us, and that applies to every member of this community, myself not the least. And u have the power of conviction on your side , as well - u believe in what youre doing, and that translates into your work. Whenever i comment on something, I try to say the most helpful things i can. And in your case, its usually about important your work is to have here, and how naturally talented you are. That alone is enough to carry some people, but u have more than that. Dont discount yourself. brother. U are skilled at what you do. and I know for sure Im not alone in that belief. This is the LM equivalent to me shaking your hand, my man.

Another one? wow bro, I think u might surpass me on productivity, and Ive rarely leave my desk these last few weeks lol. This one feels like a gear change from what u usually do, not that its a bad thing. Quite the opposite. The Vibe is pure joy - and i dont think anyone could hear this and not be affected by it. Its pretty fast, and thats exactly what he wanted today

Out of all the songs we have put together, this is the one that had me the most hyped as we were making it. We all felt the magic in the air, and that magic is still there, getting even more potent, somehow. Im proud of all u guys, but especially u bub. Lets keep the momentum going. Well this is certainly different man. Id almost put it under cinematic-type, its very visual, and that is one of my favorite things about music. well done.

Right off the bat, gotta say that kick is fire man, really all the drum & perc elements were great, honestly similar to choices I would make were I creating this beat. nice build up of tension at the beginning, works really well - if the track were longer, id even consider doing another build up part way thru, it works that well. I feel some late noughties influence in it, but also some new wave as well. Everything blends well, and Mixing is solid. Really Well done track, man.

Hello Anthony - I always enjoy your pieces, I really do think much of it would be at home in a video game. From the way ur songs pull on the imagination and emotions. And what could anyone hope to achieve with their music beyond that? Thats the top of the mountain, my friend. I can see the theatrical themes, and yes its very cinematic. 'Love will find you at the right time' - whoa Kay, that was a profound thing to say. That is the way it happens. Certianly not when ur looking for it. In my experience, what we get when we're looking for love tends to involve less love and more - other stuff. I had decided i didnt give a shit anymore, Id give my heart to beer and Pot. Then love took a baseball bat and clocked me in the forehead with it, and then gave me a kick in the ass for good measure lol. definitely felt the vibrations, trust me. but i wouldnt have it any other way.
I feel lost without my Britt, and thats only during the 30 seconds it takes to walk to the bathroom & back lol. And what a great thing, to make a song that makes me think about all of that, with a smile.

I had no idea wat to expect as those drums started marching. But it turns out I couldnt have expected it anyway - Ive not heard much of anything quite like this. In the best way. There are some nice effects and catchy melodic elements that really compliment your voice, which is also unique. Im glad this got remastered, I love experiencing music I missed over the years when it pops back up. Im glad i pushed play on this one, I have some friends that i want to show this to, as well. Listening to this one again made me reflect on the history the original version has - Music Written by stevie wonder, Vocals written by Smokey. Probably my favorite song of his. U have to have confidence to the moon to even attempt a version of your own. Yet u did, and its well done and stands on its own merit. That deserves a favorite, my friend.
