on what to do by LongJohnsLiver
Pretty decent attempt for not being a rapper. Catchy music, With a good mic, who knows how much better it could be.

The name of your title caught my eye. Sometimes my response to "Have a nice day" is(jokingly)"Don't tell me what to do"hehe.

on No Greater Gift by Denz
Another "keeper" Denz. Nice Flute playing, interesting lyrics. Had to download this one, too!

Ashburnham, Massachusetts? If so, we are practically neighbors! I'm from Worcester.

I know what you mean about having your music posted on other sites as they sit getting dusty. Welcome to Looperman! Things are a bit different here. I've only been a member for a few weeks and I'm real happy with the amount of effort the musicians make on this site.

So far, so cool!

Very heart felt song. Deciding to use the plucked strings was a nice touch. Music is such a nice way to pay tribute to the ones we love. Good luck with everything!

on CHASING THE RABBIT by GHOSTthatcheR
Hey ThatcheR, your the first Australian I've encountered on
looperman. I like this chill out tune. Your description of it's place in a movie seems fitting. I was even thinking of a scene where a police detective is searching for clues here and there, ya know, driving around, talking to suspects, digging through clues....a montage type thing.

Keep up the great work.

Hello there Wayne,

Sorry that I am a little slow in getting back to you. I am working 12 hours a day, everyday for about a couple months now.

Thanks a lot for stopping by and giving this country/cajun tune a listen and review. I am glad you enjoyed it. Guess I should do more fo theis than the rock I do.

I will give one of your tunes a listen and give a review back in kind.
Thanks again,

Yup, I can hear Enigma in this song. Very relaxing. I came to your site after hearing "Warhead Symphony". Liked that tune as well. It's good hearing more people playing real instruments. I've found just a few in the couple weeks since I've been a member at Looperman.

Keep up the good work!

Man, your music is so relaxing, it feels like I'm on vacation when I hear it!

I noticed in your profile you use a guitar synthsizer. Are the keyboards I hear triggered by your guitar or do you actually play a keyboard?

Just wondering.

Wayne, the Humps
jfw
jfw replied Unknown
Thanks for listening. Apart from the guitars, the keys and other instruments sounds are all played via the guitar synth.

Really like this one. Your guitar sounds awesome! What kind is it? Hollow body? What kind of amp do you use? What kind of mic do you use to record it?

Sorry for all the questions, just curious?

Wayne, the Humps
FrenchKid18
FrenchKid18 replied Unknown
Thanks again for reviewing. My guitar is a hollow body kind (epiphone riviera).I use a line 6 toneport ux2 soundcard. As an amp model I often use a 60's amp or a Clean jazz one with verb, compression and sometimes a slight delay. For the mic I use a Sure SM58 but I'm quite bad at recording vocals and at mixing in general. But I try to learn from other looperman members.
Thanks again

I wanted to chop the siren loop and stretch it to make a longer one but I dont know how to do it yet or fade anything haha. but I appreciate the review. everyone on here has been super cool thus far.
