I didn't hear the original track yet... but drum programming is really jumping on this one.

The hard panning kinda threw me off a bit. Track seems a bit sparse.

The panning of the guitars... bit of a lost art form. This track moves thru a few different grooves. The boppy middle & ending section reminded me of the band 311 except you play guitar better than they do. LOL!

guitar parts are PERFECT!
Great tones, but more importantly great feel.
I suggest you get a bigger sounding kick drum for the wah-slide section. very Jeff Beck-ish sound. NOT easy to pull off. YOU are great!

I love the rap... You may want to repeat the yeahs at the beginning through the track. To me those ad libs are THEE hook. good job!

This track really moves. It is peppy and catchy. I like the samples/circuit bent elements!

This what I like... The tone of the bass line.
I like the programmed track. I like the production.
Why does the track stop abruptly around 2 min? But yet the track goes for 4 min?

fun transitions. good production. The bass line kinda wore on me after awhile. It is good and catchy. It struck me as a bit too much of a good thing maybe. Over all, I wish I could produce more like this.

You did the beats? That's my fav part of this track. The kik is thick. Good kik pattern too!

This is a slamming track. Excellect mastering or mix work. More LM tracks should take notes on the tone of this track.

Good job with the filters. I like the compressed Kik since it really pulls the focus of the track to the kik pattern.

You did a great job incorporating that vocal. The low-fi vocal feel is cool.

If you want, I don't mind recording that guitar main line for you with an acoustic. Just send me part of the loop & the tempo. It would take me just a few minutes. It's nice to hear someone featuring a guitar in their music. Me and the guitar thank you! LOL!

This reminds me of an African Reggae I recorded a while back. It had a bit more edge to it than the jamacian reggae. You did a good job with the Talking drum on this track.
The vocal has that folk rock 70's soul to it with a hint of reggae. You capture the best of everything with your vocal style. I can't wait to hear more of your stuff.

The beat/groove's my favorite part of this. The organ reminds me of a deranged circus or something. I like the grooves you come up with.. Dre'-ish shh//stuff.

To me, anything with Spivkurl's hand in it is awesome. Good job you 2.

You put together a track this dense & cool AND you play bass? Jeez! Ok… I’ll line out a few reasons why I like this track. The electronic noises throughout are tasty. Thomas Dolby-ish but better… more modern. You have so much going on in this track, yet it all fits. It starts out sparse but engaging. Some folks put in samples & little ideas and 40 seconds into it, it will be too much. Not the case with this track.
I would actually change a small part with the vocal/acapella. I’d put more of an accent on the words “sleep”, “wondering” and “why” by making sure each word fell on a strong down beat. I’d put a pause before and after each word to REALLY put emphasis on them.

There are many moments in this track that threw me to the ground. Many great sections.
Shows true artistry and creativity to take such a small idea (an acapella) & come up with a complete 6 min production… let alone do it in 6 hours.
