Very nice! We can never have enough funk here! Not sure if the guitar riff that starts at 2:02 is exactly in the right key, but all in all it's one big funky jam!
Sorry for the late reply and thank you for your comment. Your are probably right with the guitar (I am not a guitar player although I try). If I remember right you are a guitarist maybe you are willing to play on this track? Keep' da funk alive :-)
Hello B.
I'm glad you like it.
I'm sorry budd I'm away at the moment.
However, I did listen to your latest beautiful track.
Mate, you should definitely do a collab EK.
I think you would live him standing.
Thanks again.

Love it Mark. The moments of silence are a great punctuation for the busy moments. Lovely jam on that corner of funk and jazz where you like to hang out.
BaoBou! Hey there. It's good you stopped by and checked this one out. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on what you heard. I'll be through to check your latest project out. Peace.
Lovely man. Is this the neighbour with the great voice again?
I like it, although the guitar is ever so slightly out of tune. Maybe you can re-record that riff?
thanks my friend but I don't think I'm going out of tune, the arpeggio is weird I agree but out of tune, I don't think so (or very little) it didn't shock me or it was my ears that were kidding lol!

Haha that's pretty awesome actually. I mean in terms of song structure maybe it not the most involved, but you found some amazing samples and it's huge fun and very funky to listen to. Great stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it. I recently spent a month down on one of NZ's subantarctic islands which was a real privilege but I think the isolation and drama of that landscape and human history got to me and came out subconsciously with this one.
Lovely and great job using your own vocals. You don't sound fully confident yet, but that's fine, every track you'll gain a bit... Just keep doing it!
Great synth sounds and a strong ending!
Thanks man, I appreciate the feedback. This one was originally recorded about 20 years ago. I wasn’t a vocalist then (and certainly am not one now), but I gave it a shot. :P
I love that it's very ambitious. Some amazing sounds; also some things where maybe you can tinker a bit more.
Around 0:15 the piano arpeggios go off in a slightly different direction than the violins, but they come back to find each other.
Around 0:26 you introduce an electric guitar, which I liked, but it doesn't really return and then you may want to think to do that later. Now you sort of keep the listener hanging; you showed the shotgun, now it has to be fired (maybe you know the theatre reference).
All in all super interesting and I'm curious to see what else you have :)
